During install solaris 8, first is the system automatical scaning the
hardware, then choice the boot devices. I can select from the following three
items:
1) Harddisk
2) CDROM
3) Network devices.
Because the computer is alone PC, so I choice the second item using cdrom to

每次都是开始播放的头一段时间没有问题，然后cpu的使用率开始增加，逐渐达到100%，这
时几秒后开始出现停顿。
我的笔记本配置如下：CPU: P4 2.0G; Memory：DDR 512M；Display Card: ATI RADEON 3
40M. xp（sp2）。
这个笔记本从买来开始，播放视频文件（无论是MEDIA PLAYER还是realone，或者DVD）都
不是太流畅。有时画面有停顿，但还不严重。当时还以为是内存少，（因为这个显卡是用
的shared memory）。
半年前升级了xp（sp2）和realplayer，画面停顿开始严重。加了内存到512增加shared显
存到64，升级了显卡驱动程序，没什么效果。
用软件检查了direct3D，version7，8，9都兼容，硬件加速也全打开了，direct3D一切正
常。没有检查OpenGL。 |

发帖数: 459 | 6 偶在国内。两个月前新换了个Dell 640m的本，Core T2450 2.0G/2G内存/160G硬盘,
Vista Home Basic.
基本还好，但是Notepad, 写字板和Messenger都有一个共同的毛病：只要在其中进行
copy或paste基本90%以上会crash，那个什么defender就会报告该程序已自动关闭。
Messenger更是一打开中文输入法就crash。
另外，用Media Player Classics看Video时，都会在播放约10分钟左右整个系统黑屏一
下，马上又恢复正常。
还有就是有几次开机20小时以上时，黑屏，按任何键都没反应，只要强行关机再重新启动。 |

1。用USBBOOT制作启动盘，未果，（似乎是FAT格式不能支持大U盘的原因）。
2。HP 的USB key disk制作，未果。原因也许和上面的一样。
3。用版上大大介绍的WAIK制作。 当进行到bootsect /nt60 X: 的时候，出现
Updated NTFS filesystem bootcode. The update may be unreliable since the
volume could not be locked during the update:
Access is denied.
Bootcode was successfully updated on all targeted volumes.
不知道这里是不是已经出错了。然后就是重启电脑。我的台式机支持USB-FDD,USB-Zip,
USB-HDD,不知道这样制作的启动盘应该用哪个选项。我每个都试了，在使用USB-HDD启
动的时候，在系统自检完成后停止不动了。（也就是应该开始load操作系统的那个时候
，如果是硬盘启动 |

我爸爸有帕金森病，5/1前突然不能走路，昏睡，大小便失禁， 3天不能进食，发烧，
身上有几处褥疮，屁股和腹股沟处；因为过节没能马上住院，住院前那天清晨家人没照
顾到，他大小便在尿布上不舒服，把手放在屁股底下2-3个小时， 等家人发现时手已经
开始红肿，送医院20多分钟手上就出血泡了。
入院以后先开始是按照感冒，褥疮，和和手感染治的。手的问题最大，据家人讲，是很
大的水泡，一直没消，大夫就把水泡都剪破了，当时据说蛋白指标是24，在医生的建议
下每隔一天打了3支人体球蛋白，蛋白指标达到28， 手开始见好，症状减轻，感冒也好
了，在医院里住了两个星期后出院。出院的时候，能自己在家人搀扶下，能走。但主要
还是坐在轮椅上和躺在床上。

26岁男性，急性水肿，伴典型肾病综合征（蛋白尿大于10g,白蛋白血症低于1.0g,高血
脂），肾功能正常，无血尿，继发性因素待查。
1. 就这些特征，鉴别诊断首选微小病变 （年龄，发病急性），其次考虑膜性肾病，和
FSGS. 亚洲人种，也需考虑IgA肾病，但是病人无血尿，而且肾病综合征在IgA中还是比
较少见的。
2. 病理诊断是唯一标准。如果医生考虑微小病变的可能性比较大的话，可以在病理诊
断报告出来之前进行诊断性激素治疗，微小病变通常对激素非常敏感，蛋白尿和水肿会
很快减轻。但是各个医生治疗方案不同，不是每个人都愿意在明确病理之前给激素的。
3. 是否可能为继发性的？一般微小病变原发的多，但肯定要完善继发性因素的检查，
尤其是补体，病毒学。有些微小病变和长期服用镇痛药有关。
4. 为何利尿效果不明显？首先在大量蛋白尿的情况下，速尿的剂量需要非常的高才能
有效和血浆蛋白结合达到肾小球，而且速尿在肾小管的重吸收也受蛋白尿的影响。其次
还是激素，对治疗水肿有效。
5. 除了激素, 血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂和降血脂的药也同样重要。不知是否有高血压
