会收到两份186？

ECFMG的email说接受，并说现在开始网上部分的处理一般三周（但到现在也没有关于此
的进一步通知）。
12月13号收到ECFMG的寄来的信说已经向学校开始验证学位和成绩单，这个应该就是大
家说的327表了吧。
我看坛子里大家说的，好像一般186表通过了就很快收到permit，我的186表12月初就
valid了，但怎么我没收到permit呢，也没收到ECFMG说我报名通过了？难道是要327完
了才行？

You are a bit advanced than me regarding the test registration. I registered
last Nov., and had a problem with my form 186. So I have to ask my school
to re-send a new and eligiable form 186. Basically my form 186 has not been
accepted yet. But from what I heard from xiaozhuanye friends, registration
should be no problem for us as long as you satisfy the 1999 cutoff. Just be
patient, and I think it will be processd soon. Keep in touch. |

公证员在上面盖章，签字。就此，186表就算公证结束。但是不是所有的UPS store都能
做，你要在网上事先查好。 也有前人说你的186也可以拿到银行里公证。我曾经在我开
户的银行里办过其他方面的公证，也是可行的。如果有人说银行里办不了，那是因为不
是申请人的开户银行，所以人家不会管。
但是尽管如此，你的学位证书仍然是需要公证的。 |

我去年申请的186表（ Certification of Identification Form）和327表（Medical
Education Credential）认证，都是国内的中文名字。ECFMG认证通过之后，因为杂事
太多也没复习好，就没有去考step1。现在准备重新交钱考step1。
ECFMG客服说，改名字在美国很常见，只需要递交一个改名字的申请表（182表）和更名
的证明材料，就可以更新他们系统的record。
去年跟学校那边费了老大劲，隔半个地球，前后差不多一年时间，才把两个认证搞定。
186表通过后的有效期是5年，那么等ECFMG更新我的名字后，我用新名字，能重新交钱
考step1吗？不会必须要让我重新做186和327表吧？那可是要了我半条小命的。
请各位大虾们给点意见。谢谢 |

如果2018 April过期的话，那能否在过期前schedule 2018 April之后的考试呢？
请问有没有办理过186表延期的？能否介绍下详细步骤，以及是否需要和国内学校打交
道？
国内学校是在portal上认证的，不过之前托人在学校找人签字，实在是太麻烦太麻烦了

原告诉称，2015年2月16日，原告16岁的女儿小李与两名同学在密云县某滑雪场滑雪过程中发生意外，经抢救无效，于农历大年三十宣告死亡，2015年3月15日小李火化。
原告认为，被告在小李事件中存在过错。小李出事地点为滑雪场初级大S道，事发地点是一个大下坡伴随弯道，而此处并无文字或者图形提示，在此处摔倒后，小李继续向下直线滑行，因滑雪场的撑网立柱未完全插入地中，部分立柱暴露在雪地外，致使小李摔倒滑行后撞到立柱上。小李受伤后，被告方面无人跟随，而是通知与小李同来的两名小女生跟随急救车将其送至密云县医院。后原告到达该医院并办理回北京市内抢救事项，延误了救治。

项，找公证填好PART A，把所有的材料都寄回学校，DEAN签186表的PART B，然后和其
它（344、345、187）等合在一起，寄给ECFMG。
多了一道程序，大家多点耐心吧！ |

Identification Form " and got the notice from ECFMG and they told me my 186
form is invalid and I need to resubmit a new "Notary Public and Medical" 186
form which can be print out through my IWA system. All my materials were
received by them at the end of April....Anyone has the similar problem like
me? |

发帖数: 1451 | 48 昨天网上报名ck,今天收到通知说我的186 invalid了。因为至今没有从学校收到认证信
。可是我看OASIS上说已经收到学校寄的东西了，只是creditial还在process中。
我step1已经考过了，现在却没法报名step2ck,钱已经交了，报名时网上没有出现186这
一栏的link,因为我已经交过了。可是现在又要我重新填，我没有办法找到link，因为
只有报名结束最后一页才会有的。
而且新规定还要把表格寄回学校，让学校负责人签字亲自寄回ECFMG，比以前麻烦了。
现在我想给她们打电话，证明往上显示已经收到学校的creditial letter,可是OASIS又
进不去了。怎么这么巧阿？
请诸位了解情况的多多 帮忙啊，谢谢谢谢了 |

发帖数: 138 | 49 我的186也invalidate了,但是我所有的考试都提前注册上了。在email中写到:
If, at the time you apply for a future examination, ECFMG has received
primary-source verification of your medical education credentials from your
medical school or your medical school does verify its graduates' status
through EMSWP, you will have the option of having the new Certification of
Identification Form (Form 186) certified by a Consular Official, Notary
Public, First Class Magistrate, or Commissioner of Oaths only.
