以后，可以想见这两个人都会被淹死，因为他们根本没法控制自己的头不没入水下。而
且他这个救援距离不远。
我承认水流很急，但是有树的存在大大降低了救援难度。这些树就是救命稻草。陕西这
个河流属于open water，看起来水流没有那么湍急，实际上里面有很多泥沙，你只要站
不稳倒下以后根本没法控制自己的姿势。如果没有树让你抱，基本生还希望不大。
youtube上有烙印一家被水流冲走的video，哪个水流看起来也不是很急，尤其是40s以
后。水流不深，还没有到他们的腰部，看起来不是很危险。但是因为里面泥沙太多，冲
击力其实很强。

体内部实际上是个液压系统，剧烈的液压变化是传遍全身的。这个效应只能在.40S&W以
上的子弹比较明显，象.22LR，打中心脏也就是一小眼儿，如果没有打中重要的神经，
只能慢慢放血死掉。加上肌肉和其它软组织的弹性，这个小眼儿放血是很慢的，远不能
立即致死。相反大口径子弹，比如.50BMG打到腿上，颅腔内也可能大出血，心路信号也
可能因为神经过载而阻塞导致心脏停跳，原则上还不算立即致死，但现场哪里可能有人
给你颅腔放血或者心脏复苏，人就那么死掉了，就是通俗说法“震”死的。
所以你到枪坛上看，口径派和placement派总是争个没完。除掉极端的例子象.22LR和.
