49ers. Did they have this planned all along? maybe. But their GM may be
under-credited compared to Jim; and two, we probably shouldn't assume 49ers

成本增加。利润还是会减少。只有提高价格转嫁给消费者才是唯一解决。这一政策只会
提高所有商家成本，经营的好的要涨价，不好的也会涨价。新店也不会有高利润，因为
没法扩展。

我有不同的理解。奥巴马医保保的人，基本上现在也给不出保险费，或者只能给非常低
的保险费，
远远远远不够cover他们的支出，最后依然会是我们这些中产买单。原来没有保险的时
候，他们是能忍就忍，就像中国穷人一样，不到迫不得已不会去医院。现在有了保险，
以可以imagine的设想，他们会尽量abuse这个benefit,either because they were
forced by pay premium, or because now they have the coverage. 这样其实中产要
cover的hole其实要更大。
当然，现在这些都猜测，只有运行了一段时间后才能证实。但这是保险公司计算的结果

不仅仅是因为这一年niners亏损两千万，用银子砸出来的冠军，
更重要的是球队高层都知道，这一年是niners夺冠的最佳时刻，
很可能也是最后的辉煌。今后的几年内，只要有老杨和大米在，
niners将一直是冠军的有力争夺者之一，但不会象94年一样

NFL的一个新球主要入伙, 必须遵守几条其他联盟没有的特殊规定: 比如说在付了钱, 其
他31个owners也已经投票同意后, 他还必须特别签字同意遵守NFL独一无二的revenue
sharing policy (其实就是成功的共产主义), 他的ownership才能生效.
还有一条, 就是NFL是不允许corporate ownership的, 只能是individual ownership.
一个人再富有, 比如Microsoft的Paul Allen, 他买Seahawks的钱, 以及后来用于经营的
钱, 必须是他自己个人的, 绝不允许半点含糊. 在这点上NFL在全球恐怕都是独一无二的
. NFL的立场是, 只有是球主从自己的腰包掏了钱, 他才不会懒散, 才会亲力亲为, 鞠躬
尽瘁地去关心经营这支球队.
(讲多几句: 如同NFL众多的与众不同的规定, 这个也确实是明智之举: 很多(NBA or
MLB)球队是被一个大财团所拥有, 开支都算在企业几十亿几百亿的经营费用里 |
