从网上下载了一个R的package（一个zip文件）,这个包是在mac上build的，在mac里运行没有
问题，我现在想在windows下用这个包，直接通过R里面的install package from local
zip file会有错误如下：

【恒安镇之战】
隋文帝（581～604） 仁寿元年（601）元月，东突厥步迦可汗南下侵扰恒安镇（今大同
），隋派韩洪率军出战失利，恒安镇被突厥重兵包围。
时正遇平寇县公李景护送隋朝义成公主与启民可汗联姻，路过恒安镇，于是带领随从数
百人增援韩洪，隋军与突厥军激战三日，才将突厥军赶走，隋军死亡过半。
五月，突厥男女9万来降，韩洪将其安置在碛口（今内蒙古乌盟境），从此东突厥为隋
之属国。
