他们经常搞contract to hire， 轻车熟路除外
现在招的位置是去年底算的预算，contractor有contractor的预算和人头，full time
有full time的人头和预算
要改的话经常要通过很多人 他们会嫌麻烦
以前没通过consulting company用contractor现在需要用，他们也会嫌要搞一堆没弄过
的文件麻烦
consulting company赚这钱当然来者不拒
你觉得小的不放心可以找aerotek, kelly这些大的 |
