选民压制的大致方式，就是在比较倾向于Bernie Sanders的选区少设甚至不设投票点，
同时大幅度裁剪此类投票点的工作人员，并且派人监督以保证极低的投票效率。比如在
亚利桑那州的Maricopa郡，投票点被削减了70%, 平均21000个选民才有一个投票点。有
选民顶着高温在投票点外排队排了5个小时才投上，而在投完之后，还没来得及上车，
民主党就已经宣布希拉里获胜了。
2. 修改选民注册信息 (voter registration tampering)
在民主党内初选的过程中，如果你是共和党员是没有投票权的。于是在倾向Bernie

万万没想到，在总统候选人辩论第三场结束后，抢占各大媒体头条的不是最高院、移民
、经济的关键问题的双方政见，而是川普在辩论中说的一句话：我拒接回答是否承认选
举结果。
川普的解释是，首先，媒体在新闻报道中对我有偏见，这种偏见会“毒化”选民的思想

定好的，family based和employment based的绿卡都需要有经济担保人，担保人要签I-
864 Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the INA, 担保申请绿卡的人5年
内不会对纳税人造成任何经济负担，也就是不能领取任何福利。如果是family based，
那担保人是有美国身份的亲属，employment based的话担保人是用人单位，因为
employment based绿卡的一个前提条件就是permenant position, 也就是用人单位预计
会长时间雇佣绿卡申请者。
当然，政治避难的绿卡不需要经济担保，有些稀粉手里有绿卡甚至是公民了，却连I-

个章，许多事情你签个字写份 affidavit 就认账了。结果就是有人 abuse 这些本来用
意良好的制度。但这是整个美国立国两百年来的传统思维方式，没法改。
我不敢说滥用福利的人是移民多还是美国本土人多，但我相信只要紧缩移民，一定可以
减少很多这种事情！所以我一直旗帜鲜明地赞同川丫任何紧缩移民的政策，不管是禁穆
令也好，拒签2500中国游客也好，还是 merit based 移民也好，盖墙也好，我都赞成！

其实这个体系设计的时候还算是完备的， 你要帮亲属移民， 是要签affidavit of
support的。 理论上并不会增加美国的财务负担。
实际上现在红州对这个AOS执行的也比较严格。
然而， 大部分兰州对亲属移民的福利滥用睁眼闭眼， 甚至通过一些extension把亲属
移民的福利合法化。
这才是不得不动亲属移民的原因。

好像这几年是严了点，改成什么essential了吧，地铁上看到过广告，需要支付点copay
什么的，但是仍然还是挖资本主义墙角的福利。

来说明。不过周围二十几万工薪族家里的老人吃福利拿白卡的也很多了呵呵
