在计算机视觉的背景下，2d affine是2D homography的子集。
从几何意义上讲，2D homography是用来计算一堆在同一个三维平面上的点在不同的二
维图像中的投影位置的，是一个一对一的映射。2D affine是2D homography的一个特例
，它对应着的情况是这个三维平面在无穷远。
从代数特性上讲，2D homography是一个rank=3或者说可逆的矩阵，一般可以表示为：
H11 H12 H13
H21 H22 H23
H31 H32 1
Affine是它的简化形式，不但可逆而且第三行没有未知数：
A11 A12 A13
A21 A22 A23
0 0 1
计算homography(线性解)需要4对不共线的点，计算affine只需要3对不共线的点。一般
要用RANSAC这个方法来得到精确、鲁棒的结果。affine一般比homography更稳定一些，
所以可以先计算affine，然后再用affine作为homography的初始值，进行非线性优化(
比如Levenberg Marquardt)。

1. 简单情况，假定有8 cores. 一个process有多个threads, 然后你用affinity指定这
个process只能用 4 of 8 cores, 这样这多个threads由系统决定怎么share这4个core.
2. 多个process每个只有一个thread, 这多个process都被assigned了同样的4个cores(
same affinity)。那应该也是系统决定怎么在这几个process中share这4个core。对吧。
3. 要是单个process单个thread但还是被分了4个core, 这thread是不是也会根据load
在4个core间跳了跳去以达到均衡the load？

你查Cheridito，Mayerhofer,Paul Schneider, Duffie, Pan Jun, Singleton等人的文
章，他们有很系统的叙述，CIR就是affine models的一个特例。然后Heston model的
Variance就是个CIR。
Affine models的characteristic function有closed form。Transition Density有
approximation，看Schneider的文章。
Cheridito文章里面构造Affine Model的观点和传统的从Bessel process开始然后做CIR
不一样，要更加一般。
然后最近10年有些学者开始搞multivariate affine，matrix value processes，

issue. For example, if A is a monomer and B is a dimer or oligomer, Ab(A) is
a high affinity dimer towards A and make an A dimer. Dimeric A will

另外最近多看了点东西，ms circularization对affinity的改善也有限？
看到两篇mRNA display搞出low nM peptide让我大跌眼镜，可是不知道是不是
昙花一现。有用yeast/bacteria display做peptide maturation的牛组吗？
往大点说，thermostable affinity reagent是holy grail级难题，要是peptide
不争气，岂不是始终只有aptamer一个参赛选手呵呵。指望靠avidity取胜的话，
用在in vivo/cell上还make sense，target是monovalent的话不能提高apparent
affinity吧？ |
