Yes, 0%, here is why.
When I invest in a company, I pay the employees, pay the cost, and I got
some profit. But, I pay tax too! The company paid its tax.
Now, when the profit flows into my pocket, it's already after TAX money!
When I get my stock profit distribution, it's already been taxed!
