学生在五月五日节穿着印有美国国旗的T恤衫的行为，并没有侵犯他们的公民权。
“Cinco de Mayo”是西班牙文“五月五日”的意思，这是美裔墨西哥人的重要节日，
庆祝在一百多年前墨西哥以寡击众击退法国的入侵（1862年，将近150年前）。
