bmw的lane assist技术是来自欧洲公司mobileye。 而且是integrate了其他很多系统，
甚至包括image-based front collision detection。 最低出现在1系上。
至于自动帮助打回方向盘，这个不是先进技术。bmw仍然把操纵交给人。 不像SB

Lecturer级别的，根本不是什么教授。中国基本上跟欧洲差不多。所以Assistant
Professor说白了不是教授，就是美国大学为了满足知识分子的虚荣心才杜撰出这么一
个名称，听着不错，还让广大知识分子为了这个头衔努力工作，何乐而不为呢？ |

发帖数: 28 | 50 请教下各位faculty关于offer的选择。小弟今年找tenure track AP失败，最后可能只
有两个offer。
1. 同校另外一个大项目下的postdoc。 本校排名大概60左右
2. 某150名学校的 visiting assistant professor
在我看来两个各有优缺点。1的话大项目是一个比较热门的方向，我一直想将自己的转
到更热门的方向上。今年找工作失败一个原因就是坐的比较冷门。同时我觉得1可以有
更多的时间来好好准备找工作。
2的话更有接近assistant professor的工作经验。需要每学期教一门课，增加teaching
experience。我现在还没有teaching过，对自己能否handle好teaching 信心不是很足
。去2的话，研究方向的调整也就更难了，需要自己摸索。另外担心上课很忙没有充足
时间去找tenure-track的位置。
另外一点是postdoc的答复时间快到了，拖不下去了。不知道是不是值得为了2去冒险把
1给拒了。2有可能有转tenure track的机会，但目前来看可以基本忽略。
