我打电话过去看看能不能要回一部分钱，接电话的人找了诸多理由， 然后我说能不能
请他们的owner给我打电话，他说，不可能的，就像你要找迪斯尼的owner 要给你回电
话一样。我跟我的同事说,他们都说这种情况连一分钱都不应该给.

this house has temite history. The seller said he found termite somewhere
close to the house two years ago and they asked Arrow exterminators treated
immediately. The area was professionally repaired. As a first time buyer, I
am not sure what to do next, give an offer and do inspection to make sure no
termite at this time or just walk away. Any suggestion from you guys will

初次买房，老房子，上周已经under contract，周末房检，发现很严重的mold问题，
attic的房顶内侧全是黑色的霉斑，梁上布满有黄色的霉点，侧面墙上有白色的霉块，
湿度计测试还是潮湿状态。inspector很谨慎的在报告里写是"疑似mold"。因为家里有
小孩，很担心会有损健康，所以决定推出了。但是刚刚给律师打电话，他说我们不能这
样取消合同。首先我们要自己出钱请专业查mold的公司来作进一步检查，确定是mold（
虽然已经是显而易见的了，但还要我们再花钱请专人再做检测）。然后再和卖家交涉，
如果他们愿意清理干净的话，我们是不能cancel合同的。但是因为孩子健康考虑，真是
想撤退了，因为很多人都说这么严重的mold即使现在处理掉，以后如果受潮之类很可能
还会张回来。

with that amount of kefir grains, it takes 4 hrs to make 16 oz of kefir, it
gets hard for me to control timing.
