小妾，在保。在小店oil change时被告知后差速漏油，让我找dealer去保修。
到dealer检查后告诉我要给我换整个的rear axle，订货几周后回到。
上周到货，我今天早上开去让他换。
下午打电话给我，说新到的rear axle的后差速seal是坏的。 不过给我订了个新的seal
，明天到，可以修好。
我问为什么上次订part需要几周，这次只需要一天？
答：你很幸运，附近另一个dealer订了这个给客户，但客户没来修车，我们就从那个
dealer那把这个seal买来了。
怀疑：
是不是本来就是seal的问题，dealer借着我的保修，找jeep黑了一整套的rear axle啊
？ 今天刚好他那没有seal了，所以赶紧临时给我拆兑来个seal明天给换上？
其实对我来说确实没所谓，反正修好了就成。 |

发帖数: 139 | 5 warranty换下来的零件都要送回OEM的，所以dealer不大可能做手脚。
不同的part到货周期不同。FCA很多part都是backlog，要拖延很长时间。
另外，FCA的warranty repair成本控制意识很强，能只换一个seal，就绝不换整个axle
。现在给你换axle，说明不得不换。还有，warranty repair的part有可能是
refurbished，这是允许，也解释了为什么送来一个axle，结果发现diff seal是坏的。

今天的主题还是Heavy Metal/Hard Rock。其实上次说的激流金属已经是Heavy Metal的
高级阶段了，俺只是想到哪就说到哪。其实上世纪整个八十年代和九十年代前期，基本

Your Illusion II 中的You Could Be mine。在当时看来，只要是听这些乐队的歌就是
一种酷。

换axle看运气，我换的时候有一边很容易，半个小时就换下来了，另一边车底下某个
bracket 锈死了，费了九牛二虎之力
才弄出来，什么slide hammer，锤子，凿子，撬棍都用上了，外加半瓶WD40。前后花了
一个星期。最后对着那个锈住的
bracket来回又砸又撬了很多圈，正打算用slide hammer的时候，结果手指头轻轻一拽
就出来了，可谓柳暗花明，高潮迭

没有什么好说得了，就是去年的老毛病。当初定了一个
raxle的aftermarket的cv axle，据说质量不错的，那
想到偶碰到的那个outer cv的尺寸和honda标准不符。
装上去直接就把偶的bearing seal给压扁了，害的偶
不得不换了两个前面的bearing。最后临时把一个旧
seal剪了剪，就先凑或了。
这回准备解决这个隐患。去advacen auto parts买了
rebuilt的轴($70)，刚好碰到AC retrofit kit打折，
就拎了回来，又花了$30。
安装很简单，欧就不多说了。大概就是拧spindle
nuts,放油，分开knuckle和tie rod end, upper/
lower ball joint的连接，然后从transmission里
面撬一下就好。
至于bearing seal，用手压了压，拿出去年买的塑
料管子做adaptor，敲了敲就进去了。呵呵，装上轴
以后，才发现原来honda的设计是有一个槽专门放
bearing seal的金属突出部，欧左边的 |

分享。在下仅仅是个BACK-YARD MECHANIC，不能与DSB等经验丰富的相比，但经历几年的
时间，也是半个修车工。
大部分的经验来自与先后拥有的两辆1991的日车，因为车已经或将要卖掉，这些第一手经
验留着也已经用处不大，分与诸位还拥有类似日车的似乎更有意义一些，同时也瑾做FAQ
供大家参靠。
时间花的最多的是在几年前的一辆1991 CAMRY上，手动，BASE MODEL。此车设计简洁，
轻巧，可靠性较高。HIGHWAY 37 MPG， LOCAL 30MPG， AVERAGE 34MPG。缺点是马
力不太足，尤其在山区特别明显。我买来的时候120K MILES，卖掉时165K。EVERYTHING
WORKS。
1。 CV BOOT REPLACEMENT
这个是老车的常见问题。通常换的话需要拆CV AXLE。整个过程大部分的MANUAL已有详细
叙述，但我还是有些经验之谈。
MANUAL一般建议拆整个AXLE。其实不需要。把INBOARD JOINT COVER拆了后，就可以把

开过这辆车。聊天感觉车主比较可靠，试驾觉得车况ok，就是空调不制冷。车主说另一

着：“recommend valve cover gasket and oil pressure switch(leaking)

既然你说肌肉车不可能awd，别忘了肌肉车的另一个特点是：考虑直线加速远大于过弯
。据福特自己说，它的活轴设计更有利于直线加速时抓地。当然要是改成IRS是好事，
你觉得福特因此成本会多5k？不想卖了？
肌肉车不能是awd我也不觉得是必然。从成本考虑，其实多不了多少，小小的几千吧，
完全可以放在GT500上。只要重心什么的调得好，不影响加速，还能增强你所谓的操控
。再加点钱，做成DCT也没问题。

光，当时无法动弹，加满transmission fluid后又可以工作。A免费修理轴，A修理完，

买来后maintenance的receipt都有
然后去了ford的dealer 那里做了mechanical check
查出四个问题
1 oli pan ->oil leaks-> change oil pan gasket $400
2 Axle shaft CV boot->Axle shaft fot boot replacement $700
3 change water pump belt $130
4 coolaut flush $20
dealer要价 $1350 我知道dealer要价那是一个黑 也不会在那里修
就是想问一下这里面那些是必须要修的?正常价格大概多少?
主要是为了好和车主砍价 他现在开价$4000 不知还价到多少合适?

最近有点小毛病，想请教
1 转弯时候后轮会有声音，类似减震的金属吱吱声，应该不是axle,
以前有辆 Acura Integra axle 坏了声音不是这样。
而且，转弯应该前面出声音啊，后轮为什么响我也不知道。
2 晚上开大灯后仪表盘灯前段时间不亮了。我检查了fuse, 都没坏
可是这两天自己又好了，现在开夜间头灯仪表盘亮度跟只开了头灯一档的亮度一样，很
暗，但是总好过
以前一片漆黑。 想不明白，求解。它自己为啥会好....
3 开了风扇的话，就算是1档，车子就会random 的出现声音（平稳行驶,无震，给不给
油都一样）。类

这次我尽量把情况说清楚和全面，2005 suzuki,5万迈。
圣诞节前引擎灯亮，原厂太远于是在本地修。得到结果如下
mainfold air pressure sensor
check engine icon on P2279
don't see any hose leaks will test map sensor
map sensor renew
然后节后换了mainfold air pressure sensor，换之前一切良好，除了引擎灯亮。
换后开车3分钟之后感到车在慢速情况下，大约3rpm下，也就是遇到红灯的情况，感到
马达力严重不足，车身抖动。停车后无法再启动。
一天后用jumper发电，启动成功，发动一段时间后无引擎抖动情况。到本地店测电池情
况很好。高速开也良好，于是停到单位，下班开车回家，再次遇到问题。刚从单位开出
约3分钟，发现3rpm以下马达再次出现问题，这次不是抖动，而是感觉低速情况下（高
速遇到堵车）不踩刹车，不踩油门，引擎突突向前跳动，即突然停一下，突然向前冲一
下，音响突然变很小声。高速不堵，油门踩下，速度提高后又感觉不到引擎的问题。

车子开时前轮有呜呜呜的响声，随着速度变化而频率变快。我查了很多店，找修车行（
老美和老中）都
看过就是没查出问题，但我担心有安全问题，请有经验者给些建议。
具体过程：
开时以为要换油了，但换完，响声依旧。Merchant's tire 说要flush个什么东西，
上网找问题所在，感觉像wheel bearing 问题，
到NTB，检查一个多小时，小黑直接说把两个wheel bearing都换了吧，还要alignment
，要收1200
多刀。。。我只是一边有响，为啥换两个？感觉很黑，不专业。
换MR. Tire 没太听出来，前后晃动检测轮子，感觉还很牢，说感觉不像wheel bearing
问题，但
发现right axle 松了，
找了家中国店换之，响声依旧存在。但老板坚持说这声音没事，即使是wheel bearing
问题也不会很
不安全，也不能确定是不是wheelbearing 问题，感觉不是愿意给换wheel bearing，因
为不能保
证换后真的响声会消失，坚持让我在开3000mi 再说。

可以排第一，100%的动力可以送到一个后轮。Torsen中差的AWD反而较弱，只能提供限
滑（1:3貌似常见）；如果没有中差锁，一只轮子在冰上打滑，所有轮子都没有动力。
