我认为至少Trump任期内不可能。我们需要看一下Bill路线的背景。当时和党已经是连

他以前存的bill pay账号找了一个末尾几个数字一样的就提交bill pay了，而实际上该
付款的cc没付，不该付的又付上了，轻则导致被信用卡收利息费，重则可能被关卡。

你给任何人支票，都可以用BOA BILL PAY。 优点是：可以省支票。
缺点是：万一SCHEDULE了定期的BILL PAY，忘了CANCEL，比如我有一个
最后一个月房租忘了CANCEL，找房东扯皮扯了很久，很久。。。

烦，小数目，都不会管了，最近我发现，一张BILL，CHARGE的时候算保险只COVER40%，

实话实说，我懒得看rose这些jjww的所谓的理由。
所谓的证据倒是可以看看。看到了rose帖的照片。我觉得有一个很严重的疑点。
为了防止她自己删帖子，我保存了所有的证据。现在一一道来。
boa的网上银行页面，关于金额只有两列。后面的一列是显示总额，至于每笔转帐只用
一列数字显示，所以需要正负显示是进钱还是出钱（别的银行比如说citi用三列，两列
分别是debit 和credit）
所以，如果是正常的bill pay应该是支出，应该是负的。
不过我没有用boa bill pay别人过支票，我贴一个bill pay信用卡的例子，请看下面的
第一个附件照片。
同时，如果是被chargeback了，当然就是前面deposit是正的，后面再来一遍负的。我
没遇见过，不过苦主照片看着比较合理。请看下 |

个人认为，本贴不需要rose进来解释了
这里应该没有人能去擅自改动boa账户的显示。
请做过boa bill pay check特别是遇到过cancel的情况的人（这里，自己主动cancel和
被动的被boa cancel可能还不一样）进来说说吧。
我想不通逻辑上过不去，为啥现在显示了一个正数呢？
不过显然，这个bill pay没有正常process.不管ROSE JW什么付钱了，苦主逻辑上说，
从这个显示看来是没有拿到钱。

鉴于越来越多的小户士倾向于Bill pay 交易，有必要科普一下需要提供的信息，省去
很多不不要的麻烦和email往来。
各家银行不一样，database 也不一样，所以尽量一次就给全。Bill pay 实际就是相当
于从 A 的 checking account 写张支票去还 B 的信用卡。所以需要给出：
1。 信用卡的 Bank name （chase/citi/etc， 光给个visa master 不是bank）
2。 信用卡号码
3。帐单上的CC 邮寄地址 （如 Citi Cards， PO Box 12345，Hell， TMD 67890－
xxxx）
有的银行做bill pay 自动存了一些常见的信息，但是有的是必须手工填写，所以一次
给齐，方便许多。 |

bill pay其实本质上就是银行代替个人写支票给对方。
拿房租为例：
如果你要付房租给房东，以前是 个人写支票--- 贴上邮票--- 寄送给房东。
现在是你在BOA网络上把房东的地址加进去。然后点发送按钮，银行就会按照你设定好
的金额寄送一张支票给对方。省了一张邮票了不是？同时还不用跑去投寄了。
bill pay用途很广，可以付其他的账单啥的。只要把对应的公司名字写进去就OK。
当然也可以给自己的信用卡bill pay。在那个BOA里面有个list，你选择到你的卡号，
然后添加进去，最后设置金额就可以了。
基本上设置一次，以后这些付款对象就在你的BOA账户里面存着了 下次直接打开输入金
额和设置好日期就OK。 |

这样的话每个卡都消费都pay了bill
有的银行卡没什么用，比如chase checking，其实没什么用
就为了建立账户，拿个DD Bonus
然后准备申请Chase的信用卡（新来的还没credit history）
Chase的banker说保证每月消费一点，paypay bill
以后就容易申请得到。。。

我这past due的33刀balance有啥危险不? 不会add late pay fee吧? 貌似att晚10天就

等了60天也没有收到那部分钱，于是今天打电话去要。人家说att policy就是不给的。
以前用过att 2year contract的手机计划。后来到了两年要cancel的时候，因为
billing cycle的原因，一定要我们多付了一个月的钱。
这次我买的是att more 信用卡的全价机，要激活15天。今天刚激活，发现billing
cycle 只有11天了。那我要激活15天，这15天就会跨两个billing cycle，那到时候att
会不会收我两个月的钱？ |

compnay一直坚称必须每个月至少付100刀，否则就送collection。替朋友问一下，这种

会有几张不同的bill。

问题是：
收到的bill 不是从OB的office 来的，而是从california health department来的。

以前从来没有这么pay过medical bill，bill的数目不小，不知道是不是该真的自己先
pay全部。
请问加州的美妈们你们是怎么pay唐筛bill的？也是先pay 给政府，然后get refund吗
？

第二是，你坚信他们哪里搞错了？
跟他们交涉应该可以lower bill吧，我看他们bill保险公司的和保险公司真正最后付的
差很多。
如果不付的话，基本上一定会影响credit的，他们会给讨债公司。我有一个朋友就是，
她是忘记了某个医疗的bill，以至于她前年底买房的时候，人家3.25%利率的时候她4.

lz父亲来给lz看孩子，结果去了一次ER，后住院手术了。父亲已经回国了。因为没有买
保险，所以回国后，父亲送来一些证明，办了charity care，免去了住院费用。但是还
有别的单子不能免（大概4，5个医生啊，化验啊之类的单子，加起来5，6千）。当时lz
都一一打电话去问过，得到的答复都是，等charity care批准之后，再给他们打电话，
他们也会相应的adjust bill。尽管这样，在charity care批准之前，他们还是重复的
发信说你有outstanding balance要交钱。lz想着自己打过电话了，所以就都没有管。
lz不是不想交钱，但是想着等他们adjust bill了，能省点钱。
后来charity care下来了，lz打电话，也发了平信，要求adjust bill。目前只收到一
个回信，居然就是，你不要联系我了，你的单子已经转给collecting agency了，你去
联系他们吧。后来的确有collecting agency给我打电话，但是都是要求跟我爸说话，

我看病后，我的保险一开始弄错了，寄给这个bill公司一个错误的statement，后来通
过保险公司更正后，这个bill公司还是不停寄这个错误的balance （比实际要高出不少
），我已经和保险公司还有bill公司交涉了无数次，持续了好几个月，始终无果。
如果不付，马上就要移交collection agent了，讨债公司除了和我要钱，肯定也会影响
我信用卡credit，不知道该怎么办了？是只付我该付的还是就不付了
在网上查到这个bill公司，评价真的很差，客服超级差 |

5号到下个月4号
我2月10号cancel的service, 那么2月5日bill的账单（28日due), 是应该prorated las
t month 的呢，还是2月5日bill 的是上个月的（Jan.5th- Feb 4th)
给Sprint打电话问，得到答案都不同，现在只可能有两种情况，1. 要么Sprint让我白用
了（2月5号到10号共5天, 我3月5日的账单是$0）， 2. 要么Sprint 没有prorated我最
后一个月的账单，我多付了将近$100
我觉得后者的可能性大点,
就是被post paid这个term搞糊涂了，2月5日bill 的账单到底是给 Jan.05-Feb.04用的
，还是给Feb.05-Mar.04用的，哪位帮忙给说说 |
