样更有可能完成natural birth的计划。center就在医院里，万一有情况坐电梯直接送
去C也来得及。感觉现在年轻，并且这次怀孕一切都正常，很顺利，可以挑战一下自然
生产，下次年龄大了high risk了就乖乖上医院。
周围朋友里没听说过谁去birthing center的，敢问大家有经验吗？ |

开的区，doula往往是退休的护士受过doula的训练以后再上岗，负责帮助孕妇自然无麻
生产，如果生产过程中有紧急意外情况可以立马转到OB那里处理。不过不知道保险是不
是负责这种birth center的费用，有的收费还是挺贵的。 |

发帖数: 92 | 3 我们是医院里的birth center，保险cover，费用比在产房低（因为不用那些
intervention，比如麻药、催产针等等）。是只接受low risk产妇。因为自己的确low
risk (单胞胎、没有任何身体指标异常、年龄不大，体重增加不多），就觉得犯不着到
医院增加可能用药的风险。想想生孩子肯定很疼，在birth center泡泡澡，吃点东西，
晃悠晃悠，坚持一下就过去了，但是在医院产房就会不断有人来问你要不要epidural，
久了肯定就从了，然后很可能就要上pitocin, 捅羊水，破了水再宫缩无力就得剖。。
。而且过程中人很紧张，进了医院就感觉跟病人似的，但是生孩子是一件自然的事情，
越放松越好。目前31周，正打算转，还没跟OB说呢，不知道这事是不是特伤感情？ |

想大多数人的护照上写的都是省份吧。这样的话省份名字确实和DS2019上不管是city

上要填City （必须填）和State （可以不填）。我如果把city and State 都填上，
会不会和护照信息不匹配呢？还有问spouse的信息时，只要填City of Birth, 那我因

卡，需要出生证明，这个以前出国时办过可是现在找不到了，目前我在国内的户口估计
还在原大学派出所，可是这么多年过去了，也不知道还留没有留，不知道版上有类似经
历的人，你们是怎么办出birth certificate 的？

我因为医院没有留病案（30多年前），派出所只有户口不愿意出出生证明。两边无穷无
尽的扯皮。最后家人找了出生那年的一份革委会出具的独生子女证明才最后拿到Birth
Certificate。
注意一定要有你的出生时间和地点，还有父母的名字，这样Birth certificate才不容
易出问题。
政府的公务员真的很混蛋。 |

明确说明如果你的birth certificate不是英文的话，要翻译成英文。
出生证明和出生公正是两码事。出生公正是公正(翻译+盖章)以后的出生证明。
最方面的做法：
电子邮件寄过来，找个熟人翻译，然后去找个notary公证下翻译正确就可以了。
搞不懂为什么有人自己给自己找麻烦弄什么出生公正。你现在人在美国有这个方便的公
正方法不用，非要在中国搞出生公正。。。 |

有机会问移民官其中的缘由，下面是她给我的回信：
I spoke to an Immigration Service Officer at TSC today regarding the
increase in I-485 RFEs for birth certificate. She explained this was a
result of a change in intake processing procedures, which resulted in the
birth certificates being removed from the I-485 supporting documents.
所以，解决的办法和大家讨论的一样，同样的材料再寄一篇就可以。估计这是最容易解
决的一个RFE了。希望和我一样收到同样485 RFE的人都能够早日变绿。 |

出生地写成上海，因此户口本上的出生地就变成上海了。后来办护照，公安局依据户口
簿，我护照上出生地也是上海。一直将错就错下来。当时觉得可能有隐患，但是读书的
时候也没管这么多了。
如今要办出生公证，上海的公证处不愿意按照户口簿上的出生地公证，也就是只能公正
为A城市。他们说可以让派出所把我户口簿上改成A城市。但我觉得这没用，护照不能改
，或者说改起来更麻烦。再说了，在移民局留下的记录（如果有的话）一直就是上海，
跟美国人解释中国的户口派出所什么的，就真的不知道怎么说了。
请教版上法律高手，这种情况怎么办呢？

我自己能想到的办法：
1. 让公证处公证我的户口簿，户口簿上有出生地的记录，而不公证出生证明，这样或
许就绕过那个困难。
2. 找办证黄牛。当然有风险，虽然他们号称办的是真的。保险起见，在公证处开一个A
城市的公证，两相比较，如果黄牛证看起来没什么问题，也可以一试。

经过公证的身份证明（包括生日、父母姓名等）。不知道这份国内公证处出具的身份证

另外，我wife什么证明都没有。这种情况应该如何出具证明。

。但是最近家里给办的出生公证上写的是某省B县。没有A市的任何信息。B县是A市下面
的县。也让家人去办公证的加上市，但是办公证的只按照户口本上来。户口本上也是某
省某B县，所以不给加A市的信息。
请问这个会是很大的问题吗？485的表是的city of birth 应该就写B县吧？
