发帖数: 16779 | 2 银行要740以上（3家信用局中间的一个分数）才能拿到最好利率。
1个hard pull大概就降5分，但是你的这张卡会被报到credit bureau作为一个新账户，
账户历史是1 Month，平均信用历史就要缩短，具体短多少就看你原来的本钱了，如果
本钱足够厚，影响也不大，再降5-10分差不多了；如果本钱比较薄，降30-50分也不是
不可能。
但是有新卡的话
1. 你的credit limit会增加，utility会降低，导致信用分会升高，
2. 总账户数目也会增加：在有的信用模型里账户越多分数越高，因为表明有人愿意借
给你钱；但是在另外一些模型里账户多分数会变低，因为你能借到的钱变少了。所以可
能导致分数涨，也可能导致分数降---- 这两种结果我倒是都见过，觉得这个东西真是
两难啊，多也不是，少也不是。
总之，申请新卡只看分数的话，还真不一定涨还是降（新卡上报credit bureau 之前，
就是申请的1个月内肯定是降的，但就一点点而已）。 |

，最近的分数都没降至少。
今天下午跟医院打电话说明情况了，医院说重新寄一份明细的账单让我看看再付给医院
。现在不知道是要跟医院慢慢谈账单还是跟collection agency谈，感觉很难把帐单降
下来如果跟医院谈的话。
晚上跟collection agency打电话，说明已经跟医院在谈
了，暂时不要report给credit bureau，collection agency态度倒还不错，说根据他们
跟医院的contract，我这类的collection他们是不会上报给credit bureau的，意思是
就算不付钱，根据医院跟collection agency的contract，collection agency也不能对
我的信用记录咋样，感觉有点 too good to be true了

bureau 影响你的信用记录。 30天之内，只要你回复了，他们就不能给你送到credit
bureau。所谓的dispute，其实就是个过场，形势，你放心，总之最后是绝对不需要你
上法庭什么的，医院一定会主动把你的帐单给减下去的，而且绝不是减10-15%这么少。
如果不放心的话，你不防拿一个额度小一点的账单试验一下，因为即便我说的全是假的
，你的信用受损了，可2，300块的小账单，体现在你信用值上，不会减多少的，也就是
3，5个point而已。咱们中国人的信用值都高得很呢，不怕浪费那几个点，xixi. |

确认房间，结果告诉我６月２４日压根没有HAWAII的DEAL，只有CANCUN啥的。我说不对
呀，说好了是夏威夷的RITZ呀，怎么没有呢。他们就给我回放录音，真的没有提到夏威
夷。然后告诉我说SALES REP是另一家公司的，不是他们，他们只是按旅馆
AVAILABILITY给DEAL。我问那什么时候能有DEAL，他们说不知道，反正现在没有；我说
那退钱给我，他们又说是NON－REFUNDABLE。我去质问SALES REP，他就不接，转另一个

before that it is fine.
For example, If DOS FR your case on 7/16/2013, you come back to USA with J
visa on that day, your J waiver becomes invalid, you 会被要求提供2年回国居住
的证明.if you came back to USA before that day, it is fine, no problem.
You still have risk.

通知房东公司要在12月底搬走，当时房东说这属于我们单方面毁约，要付一个月房租作
为broker fee，我们就付了。
昨天突然收到原住址转过来的一封信，是原房东公司3月4日发出，说由于1月和2月房子
没有租出去，所以我们欠他们2个月房租，说要在10日之内没有收到支票，就要报
credit bureau, 并作为一个collection account。现在我们有以下问题，
1， 我们查了相关法律，好像我们真的该负责这个房租。虽然合同里面没有，房东
当时也没说过。可是我们有些怀疑，房东凭借这个，不积极往外租房子，反正租不出去
对他们没有损失；因为location非常好，应该不难出租。
2， 房东真的有权利报到Credit Bureau么？是不是他们说我们欠就是欠，说欠多少
就是多少？我们有没有谈判的机会？
3， 就算我们想付，也已经到了10天，可是我们13号才收到，怎么都来不及。也就
是说，就算我们付了，信用也受影响了，这个该怎么处理？
