后跑4迈回家。结果劳动节那天跑回家时就觉得不行了，有缺盐脱水中暑迹象，回家缓
了半天睡了一觉才好点。决心自己带水了，这样路线也可以随意点。看了camelbak的水
袋，有50，70和100盎司的，有各种款式的，马拉松款和ultra款比较理想但都很贵，便
宜的有review说勒不紧晃荡。求推荐一款最合适龙润的，真好的话价格贵点也忍了。 |

我有camelbak，hiking还行，绝对不适合跑步。实在你不想花大钱，就买腰带，带两个

Nathan的腰带还行，就是装的水太少
用背包的好处是会比平时多喝至少一倍的水，很爽。当然，我跑得短，一般也就10迈，
跑多了1.5L不一定够喝

早上跑，9点多点也就跑完了，很热但还没热死。不喜欢水壶，还要refill很麻烦。
camelbak到底晃不晃呀？水喝了一半会不会逛荡？
那个charm给我儿子hiking时用不错，哈哈。

必要，反正到处都有饮水机。如果跑trail，跑上4-5个小时，可以考虑上一个，这个
pack在不少跑步论坛上大量人推荐的。偶先屯一个，有一个1L的camelbak，还没有机会
用上呢。。。毕竟跑的路程太短了。大家，有需要的就上吧。

发帖数: 3433 | 24 今年我们家老大爬山一直背这个REI自己的hydration pack，她一直很喜欢，有点长大
了的感觉。但是这个包有个很严重的问题，因为它的hydration系统是Nalgene的，等那
个咬嘴的Valve被咬破以后（小孩子喜欢咬，难免的）很难找到相应替换的零件，REI卖
的小零件都是camelbak的，不是很能配上。给小孩买的话千万不要买这个。
我去REI了好几次，买了好几次不同的零件回来都配不上去，他们也没有什么办法。今
天我专门把包也带过去了，店员试了半天之后提出来说没办法，要不他们可以把整个水
袋拿出来，免费换个业界标准的camelbak水袋。后来我说太麻烦了，他们就让我干脆把
这个旧的退掉了，重新换了一个新的camelback牌子的类似的小包。这下就好多了，各
种各样的配件都有，坏了也容易换。

edit：差了心率表，偶近八个月没跑步了不是4个月，看了理想身材，从新把目标设在

速度低，且心跳偏高了，刚开始，下次估计还不如这个，慢慢地才会好起来。
下午吃了3.5磅黄樱桃当晚饭，加2个小面包，4个小时之后去跑步的。

发帖数: 536 | 39 上周mt shata登顶失败，经过一周的思考总结一下经验，希望有机会再去登顶。
看大家都在爬雪山所以也想尝试一下，所以就报了一个商业队2 day summit climb的团
。临行前给我打电话说2 day的trip只有我一个人，给我升级到3天的trip，周五－周日。
周四晚上开车到了mount shata koa住下，第二天八点赶到guide office，一共四个队
友，两个guide，guide先检查了一下大家的装备，大约十点钟出发，到了bunny flat已
经有很多人了，目的地是50/50，大约9500英尺。我上到9300的时候就开始有了高原反
应，最后200尺用了好久才抵达base camp，然后到了之后因为高原反应呕吐了一些。
guide就让我到帐篷里面休息了，做好饭之后还是没有胃口，少吃了一点就继续休息，
休息之前吃了一片advil，缓解头疼。
第二天醒来之后高原反应就已经消失了，但是第二天暴风雪，所以大部分时间都是在帐
篷里面，guide带着大家联系了一下crampon和ice axe的使用方法，然后就是吃晚饭，

the Camelbak I had is actually for cycling, 3 liter capacity, with less than
full water inside, the water is dangling inside.
There is no dangling of the backpack though, but the water made such a loud

..well it wasn't easy. Went out with my camelbak, carrying water, pita bread
, gels, cell phone, credit card, cash, off along route 27. The first 12
miles were fairly easy, and then it was heating up (up to 94F as I found out
later). I made a few stops to refill my camelbak with gatorade and bought a
bagel. I started taking walking breaks frequently after mile 17 -- the heat
