Patient does not completely meet the major depression criteria. I picked it,
because of "2 months history of cognitive changes", tearful appearance, not
functional well to take Insulin.
Diabetic encephalopathy presents itself both mentally and physically. It can
induce an altered mental state, cognitive decline, changes in personality,
memory lapses, or severe impairment like dementia. The complication can also
cause tremors, lack of coordination, and even seizures.

pain med, that is the nature of the medecine. it is very dificult to really
tell who really need the meds and who don't. but I remember one pharmacist
I work with, she told me put yourself in the shoes of those chronic pain
patients, she rather gave out the med to the ones that do not need it rather
than holding it for those are really in pain. |

不过我想用豆腐pia LZ一下哈：
LZ是既不想上夜班，“不太想干护士工作”，也不想做和病人接触多的医院里的工作，
又“英语不太好”，我想你大概也没有这里的护士工作经验吧。Pharmacy Tech 怎样？
不知你会不会嫌钱少。 透析不要证书，找到工作后会被培训的，但是从头到尾是跟病
人接触的，而且口语交流也不少的。不论是acute或是chronic unit， 都要和病人，家
属，医生，其他护士，lab，药房，SW，RD（acute大概不需和这两者打交道）以及其他
部门打交道的。而且chronic会非常忙，很累。Acute没夜班，但有on call， 如果半夜
三更被call了，有问题想找人帮忙都难。
如果lz想用RN证书找工作，不妨提高英语，适应环境吧。不然就转行吧。 |

要到不同的医院给病人做治疗，根据scheduler的安排，你一天可能要去2-3个医院。有
时候一个医院做一个病人，再去下一个医院做下一个病人。这个活得看公司怎么给护士
算钱。多数是paid by case，现在的行情大概是150-170刀做一个病人，少数公司按小
时算。如果按case算，透析护士必须要做的很快。我看到有些护士为了多干活，偷偷把
病人的治疗时间给掐短了，医生要求做3个小时的透析，护士会把时间掐到2个小时45分
钟。如果在同一家医院做3个case，可能只要12-13个小时就做完了。如果是公司按小时
给工资，这里面猫腻也很多，护士就可以适当磨羊工，反正我做3个case，可以拖到15
个小时。如果还要开车到不同的医院，开车的时间也是要付钱的。这样下来，3个病人
的时间可能要花到16-17个小时，如果12个小时以后是双倍工资，那这一天下来，工资
会很高。不少中国护士都做这个。比较适合单身，或者家里有另一半专职照顾小孩的护

1. 乱扎。这个跟针灸无关对吧？
2. 扎不破皮。你这是什么针灸理论？针要刺激深部组织的经络，不破皮也
可以？那为啥要扎破皮？为啥这么多年的针灸都是扎破皮的？
3. 扎其他穴位也能有效显然说明跟具体穴位无关，或者选错了穴位。

着没用的扎法？如果针灸理疗能够找出个无效的穴位，为啥人家不用那个无
效的穴位做sham？要是能找到不就证明了针灸有效吗？问题就是根据针灸理
