的姐妹真的可以试一试，解馋，低卡。烤一次，吃3天没问题，并且营养丰富，吃不了就放冰箱里，随吃随取。
那我这次减肥就叫lasagna减肥法
Zucchini - 4 medium - raw, sliced lenghtwise
Grandma's Spaghetti Sauce with Meat (could use store bought sauce with meat
but it is definitely not the same):
- Onion - 1 medium
- Red Peppers - 1 medium
- Ground meat - I used 96/4 but could be 93/7 - 1/2 lb
- Diced tomatoes - about 1 1/2 can
- Dry cooking wine (could use regular wine) - about 1 cup

3 (14.5 ounce) cans whole peeled tomatoes, drained
125 g chopped red onion
120 g chopped onion
3 jalapeno pepper, seeded

3 cloves garlic, peeled
6 g ground cumin
5 g salt
Directions
In a food processor, combine all ingredients; cover and process until chunky

最近跟一位snowboard高手一起滑了几次，看到他每次都带着耳机滑，我才想着要不要
也试试。
上个星期天，是Crystal Mountain这个雪季最好的一个powder day， 接近2ft in 24h
， 我摸出尘封已久的mp3和耳机，胡乱塞了些歌曲进去，兴奋的上山了。
漫长的堵车和漫长的排队后，下了lift，带上耳机，开上音乐。第一首是很舒缓的音乐
，音量也比较小，头一个run在陡坡深powder里也还没适应过来，滑了半截感觉也一般
。慢慢适应了powder上的感觉，开始能做流畅的turn了，这时音乐跳到了第二首，变成
了慷慨激昂振奋人心的那种，强烈的节奏感更是激发了心中的士气和自信，刷刷刷的滑
在powder上，心里有种dancing的欲望！ 后半截的powder滑的那是无比过瘾～
第二趟带着同伴先走了一条简单的蓝道，稍有点窄有点太缓，有些雾视线也不太好，不
过另我惊喜的是居然没有groom过还有些小小的mogul。在激扬的音乐节奏带领下，踩着

多金色的pin加白色的珍珠密密杂杂地簇起来的，很漂亮的contrast，我盯着看了好久

水台就是前面脚掌低下垫起来那块，那个1.24寸的部位
tribtoo矮跟我觉得净高也不可能到3"，nordstrom那个标的不准。因为穿起来感觉基本
是平的。
反正我觉得大家买tribtoo还基本上是冲着高跟版去的，那个更经典嘛。这个矮跟版，
舒服是舒服，但有些人会觉得太chunky。如果你看了看还是喜欢更柔美一些的，那么可

appropriate. Make certain you can walk comfortably in your shoes;
hobbling around a job fair in shoes that are pinching your feet does not
convey a professional image.
关于包：If you carry a purse, keep it small and simple, or carry a small
briefcase or business-like tote bag in place of a purse. A structured
bag tends to look more professional that something soft or floppy.
