在各大银行纷纷削减reward的今天，能有一张永恒不变的信用卡真是不易。这张菜店药
店加油5%的Citi Dividend卡是我的第一张reward卡，从03年至今已用了7年多了。曾经
多次收到Citi削减reward的信（从5%到3%又到2%）却保持了5%。这次又收到变成季度5%
的信，以为一定难逃恶运了。终于憋不住在6月的最后一天打电话给Citi，被告知我这
卡是菜店药店加油5% for life，现在另外多加了季度5%。原来05年某月是个cutoff，
在那之前的卡都得到了这个5% for life的reward。把我感动得都快热泪盈眶了，一定
要好好珍惜这张卡。

citi寄来几张check，是free transfer balance的offer，offer上写着对应的卡号是
citi American express的。我拿其中一张check去chase存了。可是不知道为什么，在
银行操作的时候，citi把这张american express的卡和另一张citi visa的卡搞混了。
于是，chase当然在visa卡里找不到这笔钱，于是认为支票跳票，罚了我68.
上个月底，我要给我的citi visa卡付每个月的payment，我当时以为chase的账号里有
这笔从citi转来的钱，于是用chase账号付payment。可是citi在submit payment的时候
，说chase里没有这笔fund，于是又罚了我25作为returned check fee。
现在的问题是，这个事情最开始是citi搞错了我的卡，于是才引起了一系列错误。如果
我想把这笔25刀的钱要回来，改怎么给citi打电话呢?今天早上打了一个，可是效果很
差。电话被转来转去，听了N久音乐，也没有解决。。。

我以前关了某个帐号，关帐号前将所有点数用光，然后关闭帐号。结果Citi后来
偷偷地偷点，将我其他帐号挣的点偷走了。Citi 程序有错。本来想设定是关闭帐
号后若干时间内，好像是三个月吧，那个被关闭帐号的点数会被清零。但是程序
实际执行起来的结果是：若干时间后，你那个thankyou 帐号内还有的点，包括从
其他信用卡/银行获得的新点，都会被偷走。之所以说偷走，是因为这些消失的点
数在账面上根本不会显示如何没有了，你只有打电话才知道。这象一个无底洞一样！
我打了数次电话，没有解决或者只有暂时解决（一次性补足2000-3000点，然后这
些citi 补足的点又被citi偷！），就放弃了，反正总共也就10k点左右被偷，比起
总共挣过citi的800k点，比例太少，算了，以后少用或不用产生thankyou 点的卡。
后来有一次，citi 打电话来，问我怎么不用他们的卡了，于是我再抱怨了一次。这
次好像碰到明白的人了。他follow up 了N次，历时两三个月，中间还把我的thank

说说我最近恢复一张citi卡的经历，1月的时候因为操作失误支票跳票被关。感觉刚被
关的时候citi不好说话，根本不理睬我要求case review。就在那里跟我车轱辘话说被
关，什么不能做。幸好别的citi 卡没事。我感觉从我们的角度只能是等几个月用有力
的证据去说服citi.
等了两个月，上星期成功恢复了此卡，我做的几件事。
1.支票跳票后第二天就马上全付清。
2.所有别的citi cards statement一出就付清，没等到due date.
3. 申请很多别家银行卡。猛烈花钱还钱。
4.不算我做的，不过刚好换工作，所以工资涨的也可以来说服citi.
5.最后我觉得最有用的，上星期打电话进入没说几句，我主动要求citi pull我的
credit history.并列举了上面的每一点。坚定表明我的立场，1.不怕被HP, 2.citi不
恢复卡，我就到别家去花我的钱。
打电话的客服跟她manager讨论了一下，觉得可以，帮我提交了申请，第二天还态度很
好给我打回来说恢复成功了。当然要是你觉得不值得一个HP那另说了，我是非常想要这

重量相近，都十分之轻便好推~
b-agile比citi mini 2011似乎抗震稍微好一点点点，它在轮轴和座位轴之间有一个缓
冲式的接触点。但是b-agile的前轮小后轮大，citi mini 2011的三个轮子一样大小，
不知道是不是citi mini过坑更方便点。
娃坐着都不错，b-agile的肩带还附一个很薄的头垫，而citi mini 2011的遮阳篷略大
一些，遮蔽角度更大。b-agile遮阳篷上面的天窗是网状的，透气但是下雨或有蚊子就
不能用了，citi mini上的天窗是透明塑料。两个的后背倾角都可以调节，角度大小相
近。
citi mini下面的置物框稍大一些。
不过要命的是两个单手fold and open都不太容易，也许是我们都入手不久吧，还没有
用熟。b-agile单手fold没有问题，但open的时候单手并不方便。citi mini虽然可以单
手fold/open，但是要左右先各开一个扣再折，开了以后也要左右合上扣子，也有点儿

为了能省点电话费，在网上申了一个ATT的CITI信用卡，接下来的事能把人气到吐血：
1. 申请后等了一个月没收到卡，打第一个电话过去被告之寄了，可我没收到啊，然后
告诉我他们会寄给我一张新的。
2. 又等了一段时间，没收到，打第二个电话去问说卡早好了，他们忘了寄了，说马上
破例用express mail免费给我寄过来。这下还真快，没两天就收到了。
3. 本来以外没事了，没想到一看卡的expiration date居然就一个月，然后网上想注册
账户怎么都不行，于是第三个电话过去，被告知说因为这张卡是tempoary card，所以
无法注册，要等permernant card，说是很快就能收到。
4. 于是继续等寄给星期，还是没影，再打第四个电话过去，结果说法和第二个电话一

后来申了个chase的，只不过没rebate。
等又过了一年，继续citi，还是被拒，于是申了个chase有rebate的。
等又过了一年，继续citi，tmd还拒我，于是又申了个discover有rebate的。
这卡是越来越多，信用额也从最初批2000到现在批10000，这citi还是不给我卡，
真服了，也不知道美国这信用记录是怎么算的。
大家说说这是咋回事？是不是citi确实比其他的公司牛？
反正俺chase和discover的rebate也不比citi的少，从此不申citi卡了。
不过这同学朋友吃饭的时候一结帐，拿的都是citi的卡，就俺没有，真没面子啊。 |

以前看《Kung Fu Panda》时觉得蛮搞笑；看完也就完了，没有动力去继续关注后续。
上周末没事干，借来续集2看。开头的孔雀剪纸皮影十分中国，精致优美。
可看到后来兴味索然，感觉散乱。一个很大的缺陷是功夫段数前后不一致：比如第一集
里的太郎（Tai Lung）连连打败盖世五侠（Furious Five）之联手、以及Master
racoon师傅，却被刚刚入门、时灵时不灵的熊猫打得入地三尺，不得抬头。而熊猫虽
在第一集里大败太郎，但在第二集里连盖世五侠之一的Tigress都打不过；可最后又能
空手接住火炮炮弹并投掷回击，邪门得没边了。其他角色也都时牛时熊，随编导捏造。
另外熊猫的言行举止十分美国化，装傻、装浑又很美剧式地黑人化，刻意斧凿，缺乏真
正熊猫式的浑然天成的可喜可爱。

因为填表时没有填公民。头半年很惨，手里就一张千辛万苦才搞到的first usa在俺们
学校促销的校友卡，500块的cl
半年后再次申请citi，再次被拒，因为信用记录太少。
不过这时手头已经有几张卡，够用，决定一年以内不再碰citi。谁知转天citi就给俺
打电话，要俺申请dividend platinum。我说刚被it据掉，那边说没有关系，就这样
拿到第一张citi卡，2400的cl，也成了我的主卡。
随后一年内citi又两次给我打电话要我申请it的卡，我刚说已经有了，it就说没关系，
又给了我两张，一张3000，和第一张combine，另外一张5000，因为有一年的0 apr BT，
就专门做BT用。
后来搬家，再没有接过这样的电话。不过那张用来BT的citi卡，我一直是保持90％以上
的balance，it却不断的给我加cl。一年bt到期还清之后，又给了我5％ cashback on
purchase，虽然只是到9月，但是把100的cashback限额折腾出来也没问题了

客服说是因为我设置了autopay,......MD,autopay那也不能乱扣啊，看到是负数，就找

想来真是很无语，有这么愚蠢的设计吗？

发帖数: 5613 | 33 很简单的事情啊，overpay就行了。具体是出发前大概两个星期，把citi costco的帐都
还完，然后从你的银行checking account，比如US Bank，bill pay $1500过去，这样
overpay之后你的citi costco就是-$1500的balance，然后你就旅途可以在citi costco
可以刷大概$3500了。需要更多就overpay更多。
至于为什么要提前两个星期，因为citi从你的某个没有交易经历的checking account第
一笔大的bill pay会hold十几天，虽然你登录citi网上帐号看到你已经付了一大笔钱，
available credit也显示足够空间，但是在citi后台上你的信用卡的credit空间其实不
够，要在这个这个bill pay过了holding period才会释放出来。这事情我碰到过，今年
7月6号在citi ATT卡一笔$2000的bill pay完成，但是credit一直到7月19号11:59 pm才
释放出来。从7月6号到7月19号好几次交易都被decline，后来打电话给citi 客服打电

标 题: 在citi 存的支票差点被citi偷了,大家小心！

一个月前存一张70刀左右的支票到citi branch, 一直没到帐。幸好有存钱后验证的习
惯，并且留有receipt,到citi去理论。银行的人支支吾吾，只说是系统错误(system
err)。还恬不知耻的说其实早存到我名下了，只是没显示出来而已。
我cao，我要是不自己查帐，这笔钱肯定被citi偷了。
citi银行劣迹累累， 2008年被发现用计算机程序偷信用卡用户的钱。

city lawyer was not completely right.
You need to prove the negligence by the city. One favorable fact pattern is
what the city lawyer said. Someone (city employee, with city authorization,
etc, not a thief) drove a city car and the car knocked down the sign,
hitting your car. Even in this scenoria, you need to prove that the driver
was negligent and his negligence can be imposed on the city.

我从citi转账到国内招行，通过招行在citi 纽约分行的那个账户36153383 further
credit到国内一卡通账户， 之前做了一笔小额的，第二天就显示到账了。 结果之后汇
了一笔4k的，已经两周了到现在都还没显示到账。
请问大家最近有人有类似的情况么？ 这个应该找谁查询啊？ 我问了citi，问了招行纽
约分行和国内总行，都说不知道。 citi 一周前发了一个查询，今天问他们 说招行没
有回信。
现在不知道到底问谁了。。。 |

过去几个月在MHA买GC，先后用了三个不同的信用卡，结果该流氓公司倒闭了，很多钱
被赖，同时dipsute三个信用卡，Citi Forward Visa, Citi Thankyou preferred
master card, Amex delta card （三个卡dispute的金额都差不多，$500-600). 以前
都说Citi和Amex的card是最好dispute的，但这次亲身经历，结果大不相同啊。三个卡
唯一的共同点是，dispute提交后，会给你conditionally refund，赢了你留着，输了
收回。
Citi Forward Visa，最烂，啥也不干，一个劲要材料（就是签字说你确实没收到东西
），要求偶五天内必须寄过去，寄过去了，还给你搞丢了，然后直接把dispute给close

户上一直有$150+利息，也没有动过这个账户。
最近收到citi的来信，说因为账户inactive，账户目前被inactivated，并且威胁要关
掉账户。寄过来一张表要填，说如果不想被关，可以填好表格后：1。去本地citi
branch递交本表格。或者2。公正表格之后邮寄给citi。
不明白，是citi不厚道，还是我应该确实一直让账户处于活动状态，不停存点，用点钱
啥滴？
另外，本地没有citi branch。哪位大侠知道这个公正程序怎么做？
