这个对冲基金经理名叫Mathew Martoma。乍一看之下似乎是南欧或者南美人。实际上，
这哥们是
道地的印度人，原名Ajai Mathew Mariamdani Thomas。Ajai 是咋变成Mathew Martoma
的泥？
原来这里另有一段佳话，让篡改简历的IT老印都自愧不如，至于琐男们，我不知道尔等
是何感想：
Ajai原来是哈佛法学院的学生。快毕业找工作时，Ajai非法黑进哈佛管理成绩的数据库
，改高了自己几门课的分数，随后把这些成绩发给了他正在申请职位的几个法院。
聪明伶俐的Ajai如愿以偿拿到了一所法院的职位。但是，DC法院的工作人员鬼使神差地
觉得Ajai成绩单可能有诈，就联系了哈佛。
Ajai得知此事，立刻干了两件事：
1。告知哈佛自己攻入学校计算机，篡改了成绩。但是他说这只是为了给他父母看，并
没有想到成绩被发给了法院。
2。写了一封电子邮件，邮件里告知法学院秘书千万不要把自己的成绩寄给他在申请的

的位置，如能搞到他，我狮2014 CLASS堪称相当令人满意。详情如下：
JARED COHEN很早就说他希望离家近，只考虑3个学校，PSU/MARYLAND/DUKE。O'BRIEN和
JOHNSON去访问过这孩子，向他解释说，我狮受罚，奖学金很少，虽然喜欢你，但没办
法招你。于是COHEN在2月份就COMMIT到了马里兰。
大概就在10来天以前，我狮给COHEN发奖学金了。这孩子很有兴趣，给马里兰的教练打
电话，说想来我狮VISIT一下，但仍然STAY COMMITTED，他以前来过2次，对我狮不算陌
生。但MARYLAND比较TOUGH，说如果你去，你就不算COMMIT了。于是COHEN就说，那我就
DE-COMMIT吧。
由于现在处于DEAD PERIOD，一直到1月中旬才结束，所以COHEN基本确定在1月24号那个
周末来STATE COLLEGE。
我现在觉得我狮弄到这个四星孩子的可能性比较大。如能搞到，对OL这个极其缺人的位

上周五，同实验室的美国小硕和我聊起来他，没想到小硕也很喜欢，还告诉我其实他是
个诗人，因为没钱了，所以才开始写歌，唱歌，卖歌，赚钱。
我听东西很随性的，只相信自己耳朵的第一感觉，所以听得东西不成系统，非常杂，从
中国的地方戏，京剧，到歌金，到美声，到管乐，到交响乐，到乡村音乐，到说唱等等
吧，只有一个标准——好听，当然，是对我来说的。
听Cohen是在朋友家，一首Hallelujah，我当时听的是K.D. Lang的版本，也许是先入为
主吧，后来几乎听遍了所有版本，还是最喜欢Lang的
只这一首歌，我就对Cohen顶礼膜拜了，能写出这样的歌词，这样的歌，我说不出赞美
的话，就像当初第一次听王菲的《我愿意》一样，我哑口无言。
小硕的本科是在大麦上的，有些自豪的告诉我Cohen也是Montreal人，她的一个朋友还
是Cohen的亲戚
关于Cohen，我也不罗嗦了，喜欢他的音乐的，wiki，youtube，amazon都在那儿的。啥

doctor said Wednesday.
“It is a difficult and very rare type of tumour,” Dr. Zane Cohen said in a
Wednesday evening press conference, describing Ford’s cancer as a
malignant liposarcoma.
