首先，我自己也是找的commercial externship, 但是我绝对不是给谁做广告啊。很多
人也私下问过我，哪个commercial 好，我都没办法回答这个问题。我个人认为，所有
的commercial都是一样。每个都有成功的案例，也有很多失败的案例。所以，关键是看
个人。不要期待正规教学医院会提供这么好的机会，过来人都知道，那是不可能的。
不管是老师带带学生多，还是带的少，正不正归，不管失望值有多高，记住自己是来干
嘛的。自己要是想学东西，不管条件多差，都能学到。这个externship的经历，写在简
历上，会帮助你申请时拿到面试，但是面试的时候，你做externship 所见所学，会提
供你面试的谈资，加强你给别人的impression. 在做externship的时候，要用心去做每
一个case， 即便一天只能看一个。要把每一个patient encounter 作为一个case, 将

，mil spec比commercial更皮实些，虽然mil spec外径小些。
仔细看一下mil spec和commerical的螺纹，commercial的是在现成的管子再切割出螺纹
，螺纹顶端与外径一样高。而mil spec的螺纹顶端是高出管子的，螺纹底部基本和管子
一样粗。也就是说同样管壁厚度，mil spec在螺纹处的强度要更高。
buffer不用换。 |

最近发现2010有很多nanowire/pore solar cell的文章发在nano lett/JACS。
比如

output). Now I want to make one myself that can take DC input. It will be a
simple circuit of LM317 regulator. Then a thought struck me: is there such a
