秦军的crossbow的弓，拆下来就是普通的弓箭，加上弩身和扳机就是crossbow，领先欧
洲1500年。秦军打仗的时候应该是弩兵比普通弓箭手多，根据兵马俑的研究。秦弩射速

下面的论文发表的时间，是中国两种转基因水稻一种转基因玉米“终于”获得安全证书
、并引起全国转基因大辩论的时候：2010年2月。
让我们看一下摘要的简单译文（全文未见）：
“用近红外反射法，气相色谱-质谱法、高效液相色谱法、电感耦合等离子体原子发射
光谱法，并以化学计量法研究三种（分别）可抗霉菌病和抗虫的转基因水稻中重要的营
养物质成分组成（按欧共体标准），发现其营养成分组成和物理性状有非预期改变，其
中蛋白质、三种氨基酸、两种脂肪酸、两种维生素及其他数种（微量）元素出现了非预
期的构成变化。差异幅度：氨基酸20-74%，脂肪酸19-38%，维生素25-57%，（微量）元
素20-50%，蛋白质35%；植酸没有显著变化。相比于非转基因水稻，转基因水稻的营养
成分构成和物理性状的非预期改变，可能与基因的转入有关，阐明变化后的作用需要经
过更多研究。”
需要说明的是：这项研究所用的上述几种方法，全都属于常规分析方法，不是专门检测
转基因成分的高新技术，因此这项研究似乎不是针对转基因成分的（网上尚未见全文）

The problem is with 现代科学手段.
They are designed to test drugs with single known active ingredient to
determine if it's effective. They are not designed to find out what exactly
was the effective compound or combination of compounds within a soup. That
's not even considering all the extra variables caused by body doing its own
things based on that soup. |
