carts w/ a note saying "Hold for Spring Black Friday Sale. 3/29/12." I
remember last year they sold these carts for $20 & they sold out pretty
quick. Today they turned on the link for the garden cart. The HD site shows

电话里dealer说如果今天你能deposit，那就可以用信用卡刷10K，所以先刷了1000的
deposit。
第二天给dealer发过去我们准备贷款的CU的pre-approved letter，dealer说这个CU是
third party，你们需要提车的时候把支票带过来，要你们自己联系CU拿支票，所以又
找CU问这个手续怎么办，CU说你们要有purchase agreement才能给check，又打电话找
dealer准备了purchase agreement，发过来签了字，再给CU看了，CU又给了一堆loan
paperwork签字，折腾了两天总算签完了，check也从CU寄出去了，再找dealer说能提车
了吧，dealer说还不行，check没到，车不能开走。
折腾这半天真是火大，花了这么多钱，车也没看见，purchase agreement都签了，要是
明天去提车的时候发现车有问题怎么办？可气的地方是dealer一口咬定没有CU的check

几家就好
1. 我和ld都是f1贷款买车，首付三分之一左右，都成功了。 一个是gm,一个是honda。
f1刚来一年时利率4%，虽然偏高，但是第一次就忍了。还一个车贷是i-20还剩两年时搞
得，不过dealer也根本没看， 2%左右。
2. 两个dealer都在当场通过了。同样的牌子试过别的dealer，有的不想卖就会找借口
拒绝贷款，或者确实运气不好，bank的经办人就是不给过
3. bank一般都不给过。boa/chase是常驻用户，checking/saving/direct deposit/
credit card都有，但是bank一般会问是否公民绿卡，不撒谎的话基本就马上decline了
4. cu试过网上的， western没给过， penfed有点奇怪，申请了数额最后只批了二分之
一，被我放弃了。我的猜测是 信用记录确实一般或者他们现在能通过ssn号码看出端倪
，判断出你不是公民
5. cu试过local的， 有的给了，有的没给。没给的是问了公民绿卡之后拒绝的。给了

发帖数: 20256 | 35 我的立场是永远支持下狗（除非是我们死对头）。今年看过几场巴马比赛，没看过一场
完整的clemson的比赛。CU vs OU那天没空，只看了highlight。感觉CU也没太dominate
OU，开头还落后。bama vs MSU看了大部分，到最后没什么悬念，不用看了。原因如下：
1) bama这个赛季接受上个赛季教训，十分focus，对付这季后赛态度比去年认真。俺老
说过，要打败Talent这么强的巴马，Semi机会大很多，因为有很多时间准备game plan
（特别是进攻），到final，只有不到一星期，而且还要Travel，还有events，基本上
看实力。NCAA没有一个队的talent level比巴马高的。准备经验上，巴马AD，对这些冠
军赛准备经验很丰富。
2）巴马上一场并没有用Henry太多，估计就是留着给Final用的。若是CU front 7上半
场hold 不住巴马跑功，基本上第三节就完蛋。若是进攻能搞些时间，下半场还有的打
。CU的DL很不错，但是光靠DL不行。MSU的DL也很好，防守策略也是防住跑攻，结果二

我半夜在Craigslist发了广告，第二天早上就有人来看车，
大体看了一下就决定要买，开给了我一张100块的支票作为押金，在她准备的收据上
双方签字--支票作押金，应该是不妥的，但是我也不是很在意，大不了她不买我的车，
我卖给别人呗。
她说她有Credit Union preapproved 的贷款，但是CU需要看到我的车的title
的复印件才能给她开支票。她给了我CU的联系方式，下午我就跟CU联系，确定了她
确实有贷款，CU确实要我的title的复印件，于是我把title的照片用电子邮件发给
CU。
又过了一天，她拿着CU的cashier check来，我把title签名，给她，核对了她
的驾照，确定title上买家的信息跟驾照上一致。然后她男友开车送我去存钱，然后
回家。 |

我买第一辆车的时候，是去CU先告诉他们车型和大概价钱，quote到利率，然后去
dealer那儿买车，告诉dealer你的CU的帐户，他们会直接跟CU联系完成手续，但第二天
你要再去一趟CU签字
买第二辆车的时候，因为不想再去一趟CU，就quote完后直接让他们开了一张check，低
于那个限额的车可以直接开回家。当dealer告诉我他的apr后，我谈定地拿出CU的check
，然后dealer主动给了0apr。
我觉得第二种比较霸气

我的情况差不多。。dealer给我6.9%的利率，我觉得太高。
然后我自己找CU，结果有一家给了我1.9%。
买车的时候拿着CU发给我的邮件quote，去到dealer就好了，连空白支票都不用。
dealer说分期付款的事，他们会自己联系CU，我就等着每月付款就好。。
我真的觉得太舒心了，中间的手续CU和dealer都帮我弄好，我就需要在CU开个账户。。
另外，信用分数高，不代表你能拿到好的贷款利率，还跟你以前有没有大额贷款有关。
。我的分数也是700多，第一次去dealer那，他说你的分数是不错，但这是你第一次车
贷（installment），我们只能给你6.9。。。还好我找了CU |

credit然后再问我是不是公民（绿卡，工作签），然后拒绝贷款。
penfed 通过了，但是只给了我我要求额度的二分之一。。。然后他们说我当时填错了
信息。。我电话更正了正确的额度，重新等审查，等了一天之后，penfed说又通过了，
额度依然是二分之一。。。 我又打电话，涨到了三分之二。。。遂放弃
唯独有一家local cu二话不说，10分钟就通过了申请，给了pre-approval letter
我现在的疑问是买车时（周六下午，去外地，三小时车程），
1. 车行要在当场打电话给cu确认贷款吗？还是pre-approval letter就够了？ 因为周
六下午dealer上班，但是cu好像已经下班了
2. pre-approval letter没写具体的利率，我怎么要求dealer match利率?
3. cu有可能秋后算账，发现我不是公民之后撤销贷款吗？ 车还给 dealer不用我负责
吧？
0. 我知道f1虽然很难，但是肯定还是能贷到款的，只是因为是去买地买车，所以想先
