partial house (The master bedroom is locked and the garage is full of the
landlord's stuff like trash furnitures from the dump sites, only about 800
SF usable), a tree/bush died for un-known reason. This greedy guy told me
that the tenant got his tree/bush dead. Frankly, I did not see how the
former tenant make the tree die.
Every time when you told him something was broken and needed to be fixed. He
