网上没有APPROVAL这个选项啊，只有CARD PRODUCTION.
RENEW被据一般什理由啊，难不成是因为我用H1B？

1：我、我妈和USCIS进行3-way calling，没有能拿到其他当时的extension材料。被告
知需要在当地的USCIS做infopass。
2：我好友的妈B2延期被拒，除“NOTICE OF DECISON”外并无其他文件。并且最B2签证
通过。他老妈延期被拒结果在签证有效期6个月之内收到，并在在签证有效期6个月之内
的前两天回中国的。
3：我写了解释信，说明当时为何延期，延期结果材料仅为“NOTICE OF DECISON”，以
及此次若能拿到签证并无意在延期。
4：我fax给上海签证处的CHECK DESK：解释信、USCIS网站的延期case status、“
NOTICE OF DECISON”和我妈的新旧护照、上次B2签证。
（请网友帮忙出主意，谢谢！我需要在当地的USCIS做infopass吗？什么是infopass?) |

果正常但是又有这么多负面信息的情况下做决定 这个时候说她不爱孩子自私等等等等
真是太残酷了。我自己第三次胎停的时候（两个）， 为了安心， 等了三周， 每天
出血， 先生不在身边， 还要上班，有一天晚上３：００am突然肚子剧痛， 我躺在
床上都动不了，想， 是不是要死了（还好没有）。 那日子真是噩梦。反而是最后知
道不行了， 流产了， 才能正式开始healing。这之后还有一次呢。 我还在尝试呢
， 这中间受的苦就不去说了。 不能算不爱孩子吧。 但是我还是坚持两点：
１. 我的身心健康是第一位的。 别的都是生命中的遗憾。 没有孩子， 我也能努
力让我和我的家庭幸福。 身体不好了，心理被折磨的不能恢复了， 那么根本就没有
了。
２. 要健康的孩子。 不然就我们两个好好过， enjoy life。
我可以发表意见： 建议等一等， 然后尽可能给出在等待过程中怎么能尽量让这个可

throwing bad words on the work and the revision. The reviewer asked for
another major revision. The other two reviewers are satisfied.
I wrote a letter to Editor as the reviewer seems not to be very reasonable
and the decision time was long (> 2.5 mo for 1st decision and >1 mo for 2nd
decision; the decisons were sent out after I inquired).

总共耗时两个半月左右。
填写的开始时间被他们改成了7.14号。本来是6.21号。 |

offers to expire to just wait for an offer from them. Once you accept one

I am currently holding 1000 shares of HZNP which I bought at $6.2. I believe
the company and it's products and 07/26 PDUFA catalyst.
Next week is very critical, I will sell them on Thursday if the price goes
up to my target or at least upper 8s. Otherwise, I will hold it and consider

I have declined the job offer from marketing, and I think it was a good
decison.
Reasons are:
The 1 or 2 years marketing experience in current company might not be very
helpful in the future.
If I were not happy in a curent position, I do not expect to learn much from
that position or move to a better position in the future. There is a
possibility to totally screw up.
Totally agree with you guys about looking for other opportunities outside,

今天打了客服电话让继续等待结果，
网上也搜不到任何类似经历的帖子，
内心焦急，

发帖数: 1634 | 42 如果是因为没收到RFE材料的据信REOPEN的话，需要在30天之内申请REOPEN，时间好像
是3个月，这个是在网上看到有人说的，不确定。
我也收到据信了，也是因为没收到RFE材料，信上说可以RE-OPEN。因为33天的期限，律
师给按寄出的时间算的（邮局的邮戳），移民官按收到的时间算。律师很怒，打电话跟
移民官争论了一番，可能接电话的移民官上报SUPERVISOR，过了几天，网上又给改了，
从DECISON的状态倒退着恢复成收到RFE的状态。
再给他们电话确认，说是据信不算了，按网上状态为准。律师说肯定是SUPERVISOR看他
们犯了错，就给改回来了。LZ不知道是不是也是类似我这么倒霉的情况，如果是的话，
赶紧给移民局打电话，以寄出RFE的邮戳为准，只要上面的日期没超出他们要求的33天
，就可以让他们改正。
这里也以自己的教训为例，各位收到RFE，NOID的XDJMS，保险起见还是尽早寄出回答，
免得他们搞错，给DENIAL了。不过，估计我这样倒霉情况也比较少见，还是告诉大家一
声，小心点为好。 |
