Well, it's not the greatest cordless phone the world has ever known, but
heck, at a buck and a half, it's worth mentioning. (Also the battery is
pretty universal, and this is cheaper than buying a new one. Or could be a
good filler item.)
At least these are likely to be out on the Clearance table and not hidden

昨天打电话，他说车到了，还有350刀bnous。今天去取就按既定计划取车。

感觉dealer今天想用以下方法圈钱：
1, offer 3.99% APR, 我指出官网 1.9% 时，无奈走了官网的loan。最后finance 了一
半。
2，offer xzilon, 900刀 inside and outside. 感觉太贵。
3，offer extended warranty 6yr/60k mile, 100 dect for 2370刀，明摆着宰人，我
拿出chrylser的 warranty：7yr/70k mile, max care, 0 dect for 1550刀，然后哥们
告诉我他没法match。

前言：
来博士屯工作两年了，终于在2014年上半年决定买房，因为在cambridge上班，不知是
不是在北京待时间长了，总感觉城市北边好些。cambridge太贵太老，预算的确不高，
西北直接忽略，买不起，所以看了北边几个town： Arlington, Medford, Malden,
Everett和Revere. Sommerville也看过，主要都是condo，也贵，所以还是放弃了。从5
月份看了3个月single family house，不错的房子还要离MBTA近的都太贵，其他的房子
都有点问题，需要整修。还好我朋友有修过两栋房子的经验，也尝试过给一些offer（
比喊价低，因为的确需要不少钱整修），都没有下文了。今年房价特别高，买房人特别
多，那段时间的确折磨人，每个周末两天都看5-10栋房子。一直计划卖个便宜的，然后
renovation.

负责调查此案的72分局探员史宾赛(Dectative Spencer)表示，“快乐龙启蒙幼教中心”老师指出5日中午有名华裔男子表示自己是三岁华裔女童Christine的叔叔，要来接女童回家，因此将中心内的华裔女童Christine带出，Christine表示要继续留在中心内，男子便同意离去，但当Christine家长下午前往欲带回女童时，老师告知下午有自称是叔叔的男子前来，而女童家长与院方大惊可能出现企图绑架幼童的情况因此报警，并向警方提供由监视摄影机拍下华裔男子的照片，纽约市警局并在5日便公布男子照片，要求民众举报。
