of stock or sold to someone else)过多的原因，导致transaction defect rate 有2
.1%, 直接影响了seller performance. 从top rated 变成 above average. Top rated
seller 不能有超过2% transaction defect rate.
我现在好想提前结束个auction. 但又猜测end transaction earlier 不管有没有bid，

原谅我比较喜欢小题大做，长篇大论探讨一个小问题，但是这个小问题真的值得ebay重
视。
从去年还是千年开始陆陆续续的在ebay上出个人闲置物品，比如游戏，衣服（上衣和裤
子），mp3播放器，淘汰的手机这类小玩意。一开始都是没有什么问题，即使尺码不合
适，买家退对我也没有什么影响，当然过去退货也就遇到1-2次。不知道从什么时候开
始，ebay开始把客户很多情况的退货要求也作为defect，这是相当不合理的。而且退货
原因和退货邮费谁来付挂钩，如果是not as described, not matching list等等，都
要卖家付邮费。现在的情况是，面对邮费的诱惑，即使是买家改变主意，商品没有瑕疵
，买家也会为了邮费找卖家错的理由，然后卖家既被搞了个defect，然后又要损失邮费
，即使是产品没有任何问题。
最近连续两次遇到这种情况，一个是加拿大卖家false claim，这个没经验，也没有录

么？如果buyer不同意refund，这么选ebay／buyer会知道然后还算一个defect么

俺对每一个退货做仔细分析並依此确定是否收取费用以及收取多少费用等等。
二个月之前，一病人买了一个400多刀的物品。
到货第3天要求退货。理由是：defective。
俺马上授权退货但在授权信上写明：
如果检测结果证明产品不是defective，按马总退货/退款条例，最高可扣除50%的
restocking费和来回邮寄费用。
授权一周后，收到退货。
经检测，病人描述的defective情况不真实。
退款直接扣50%以及来回邮费。
最后，病人收到的退款是194.50。
退款一个多月了，病人没有仼何动静。 |

一样。
现在ebay的退货制度（只要声称有问题就得卖家出运费）诱导着买家退货的时候谎报问
题，有的时候明明产品没问题，只是买家不想要了，但是也会谎报产品问题，这样卖家
不但要出运费，还要承受一个跟negative feedback一样的defect。非常不公平不合理

产品defective或者size does not work也算，就很操蛋。尼玛厂家的问题，也要嫁祸
