上来问一下这个问题.
我本人现在怀孕7个月了,最近一直被这个问题困扰.我是慢性乙肝患者,(小三阳),是小
时候阴差阳错得的.肝功能一切正常.生活学习也一切顺利.几乎都忘了这回事.前几天忽
然想到如果有宝宝,就要喂奶.那可以母乳喂养吗?我担心我的母乳中有病毒,那宝宝不就
被感染了吗?
我读了一些资料,和上网查了查,看到的说法也是没有一个定论.一种说法是小三阳患者
可以母乳喂养,只要宝宝再出生后12小时内打乙肝免疫球蛋白疫苗,然后再分别打3次乙
肝疫苗(0,1,6月),母乳喂养就没有问题.但是另一种说法是保守观念,认为为了宝宝的健
康考虑,还是不建议由乙肝病毒的妈妈进行母乳喂养.
我现在心里很矛盾,不知该怎么办.想到不能给可爱的宝宝喂奶,心里很难过,但我也知道
现在奶粉喂养也可以达到一样的效果.只是心里有些失落.
想听听大家的专业建议.谢谢大家.还有,我也想听听美国这边肝病专科医生的建议,同时
也做做详细的检查,我来美国这么久,还没有做过相关的检查呢.大家能告诉我,要是看乙

不过，我还是要说，如果没有真凭实据，而只是认为 highly unlikely 他们不知道这
个资料，就做这样一个非常严重的指控，是不够严谨和负责的。
第二，对哈佛的这个调查（Investigation），是否促使哈佛对于招生的政策作了改变
，并无实际的证据。大家所知道的，只有一个结论。事实上是比例改变了。因为这项调
查在前，比例在后不久，是不是也可以说，highly likely 哈佛因为感受到了来到华裔
社区的压力，做了某种表示，改变了比例（尽管调查在仅十五天后就中止）？

两周前和LP准备体检，找到离家最近的一个做移民体检的医生，名字叫Kalsang
Phuntsok。打电话过去，报价$170/person。过去后，发现医生像印度人，又有点像中
国人。然后开始抽血，做TB测试。期间，医生先congratulate我们说北京奥运会办得不
错，然后主动告诉我和LP，说他的父母是50年代从西藏逃出来的，不过他不会中文。他
问我们对西藏的地位怎么看。我们说西藏一直是中国的一部分啊。他说不对，西藏根本
就是独立的，我们都被中国政府洗脑了，还说要给我们几个网站看看。他说他现在有亲
戚在西藏，对中国政府很不满，而且中国社会不像美国，没有morality。我很生气，告
诉他我们来美国好多年了，没觉得美国人比中国人更有morality。医生还是喋喋不休地
坚持说我们被洗脑了。争论了两个小时，双方都说服不了对方。这是我们的第一次见面。
两天后再去，发现LP的TB测试红斑比规定的5mm大。LP说小时候种过痘，自己身体健康
，并没有肺结核。藏独坚持要做X-ray,而且要立即refer给County Health Departm |
