我很少写报告了，大铁后因为手指伤没能及时写报告，后来手好了，都不记得很多细节

这次我决定为这个三翠写个很详细的报告，主要是想让各位小伙伴能对这个著名的ride
有个直接的了解，为以后的人去骑提供点帮助。文笔很烂又爱跑题，各位将就了！
前言：
事前我十天没骑车，除了度假和啤酒，啥也没干，算是被迫taper了。
事实证明，只要一不怕苦，二不怕“死”，三不怕大胆，人人都能骑三翠。
虽然我骑过三翠，但是最难的只有100mile/6000尺爬升。
星期四和缪哥联系上，周五出去lunch ride,算是见面认识了。很遗憾我临时改时间，
要不缪哥还可以认识大名鼎鼎的老费。周五顶风飙了18迈，很过瘾，大概是taper了十
天的结果，感觉很好，觉得信心爆棚的可以去报名death ride了（晚上回家查资料，发
现6/25还会再re-open registration）。
周六清早临时决定不去大波罗，”含泪饮恨”错过拜见鼠鼠，对不起哈！

路，”在新英格兰地区小有名气：“秋天去白山看红叶”是波士顿户外小清新最爱的自

complete article in the magazines dealing with open water swimming (they
seem to rehash the same basic stuff every few years). A lot of them talk
about how to draft, or tell you to look up every few strokes to stay on
course, but very few seem to deal with the subject in much detail.

Descent with modification
We've defined evolution as descent with modification from a common ancestor,
but exactly what has been modified? Evolution only occurs when there is a
change in gene frequency within a population over time. These genetic
differences are heritable and can be passed on to the next generation —
which is what really matters in evolution: long term change.

先说老片--希区柯克的三部电影：
头两部Rebecca（蝴蝶梦）和North by Northwest（西北偏北），我喜欢它们，
有个原因。这两片子有个共同特点，就是"以虚达到了实的目的"。尤其是西北偏北，
FBI虚构出的那个人物，不仅仅是要骗倒（敌）对方，还要连似乎不相干的人都骗倒。
光骗对方是单薄的，但是三人成虎。至少骗到仨，那么没有的也成了有的，不是的也
成了是的，于是才愈发显得真实可信。。比如，虚构出的人物给酒店前台的电话，
干洗的西服套装能看出身高尺寸，以及有着头皮屑的梳子。。。就是因为这些细节，
勾画出不存在的figure或者是给人假象的personality，栩栩如生。。希胖电影
中的角色，实在是很有嚼头。。:)
第三部是叫Rope（夺命索），真实描述了Harvard精英们走到极度的想法：别人
不敢杀人，所以别人都是ordinary people；我们敢真的实施，我们superior
to others.. 从某种角度上来说，一定程度上我蛮理解这种想法的。u just

我全部自己写的一个java based recursive descent parser，工作量不小。分析优化
，这个要看具体需求了，我做的是可以用来作为template engine的，速度上足够了。
当然，很多人做compiler，都是用tools生成，那当然非常复杂了，也有很多优化，但
我的目的不是用工具，而是说学习compiler，所以自己从头到尾写一个出来才掌握的牢
靠。
话说，java的compiler原先也是recursive descent的，也就是说，是可以用手写的。 |

, the chance of your scoring high in LSAT and subsequently scoring high in
law school is very slim. Without high grades in law school, the chance of
landing a descent job in the States is very low. Without any descent US
experience, going right back to China to practice wouldn't give you any edge
; all you get out of law school will be a big student loan.

some modification based on steepest descent.
To sort of get a idea of what's going on, you can try image
the F in 2-D space of x and alpha.
Max point happens at derivative F=0 in 2-D space. So if you
image the derivative of F in 2-D space, you can get idea of
where the max is. And then you can use the numerical method
