大陆晶圆代工厂龙头中芯国际，在大陆官方强力支持下，积极扩大产能，DIGITIMES
Research预估，2020年中芯在专业晶圆代工(pure foundry)产业的产能占有率，将从
2016年约仅6%提高至2020年13%以上，届时可望超越联电及GlobalFoundries，成为全球
产能第二大的专业晶圆代工厂商。
中芯的营收成长率在全球前五大晶圆代工厂中已居第一，由于大陆对晶片自给订定积极
目标加上本土需求庞大，预计未来几年中芯仍将维持较高的产能扩张速度。中芯在2016
年的投资金额达25亿美元，已超越联电。
根据DIGITIMES Research分析，中芯的28nm制程，占其2016年产能比重未达1%，营收比
重则在2%以内，但2017年占营收比重可望明显增加到10%以上。预估2017年中芯28nm产
能的80%仍是集中在中低阶应用。

響需求下滑，自給率僅成長0.1個百分點，達9.1%，隨著半導體廠調升資本支出，設備
需求回溫，預期2010年自給率將成長至13%，全年產值為新台幣322億元，目標2015年達
1,182億元，自給率為 34.4%。
從整體台灣半導體設備市場來看，2008年總需求為2,318億元，佔全球總需求的16.9%，
其中國產設備佔210億元，進口總值為2,108億元。至於2009年總需求為1,898億元，佔
全球需求規模市佔率16.4%，其中國產設備佔173億元，進口總值為1,725億元。

纷报道我校微电子研究中心主任骆建军博士团队在固态硬盘技术上取得的新突破。
两年前，我校微电子研究中心及其产学研基地华澜微科技有限公司推出我国第一颗
自主设计的多核构架的固态硬盘控制芯片系统，被媒体誉为我国固态硬盘技术的一次重
大突破。现在，研究人员又将技术提升到一个新的高度，研发出可支持5TB密度的新架
构SSD控制器芯片，成功将固态硬盘密度提高了5倍。目前，该技术已在华澜微科技实现
了产业化，已批量出货2.5英寸标准尺寸SSD盘（单块电路板2.5TB）。
EETimes在11月3日的报道中对该技术作了详细介绍，指出该技术可成倍降低固态硬
盘的价格。Digitimes则在题为“Solid State Disk Innovator Emerges from Stealth
Mode”的报道中称，该技术“Achieving an industry first in high density and

发帖数: 42149 | 39 苹果新iPad（The New iPad）上市销售已经有一段时间了，新iPad获得了良好的市场反响的同时，更多的用户不禁要想下一代iPad会是怎样的呢？近日葡萄牙设计师路易斯? 丰塞卡，就设计了一款iPad 4概念平板，这款概念平板外形非常漂亮，同时它还拥有一个侧滑的QWERTY键盘。
从设计图上，我们可以看到，这并不是简单的苹果iPad与物理键盘的组合。底部键盘是铝框侧滑式的，不用时可回收至背面，使用时拉出即可，iPad可立即变身MacBook。开机键被设计在键盘与iPad连接的转轴上。同时iPad 4还将配备Bang＆Olufsen扬声器，1200万像素的摄像头，支持1080p视频拍摄。
此外iPad 4还有一个便携式硬盘作为配件的，不过不能做到可内置在一起的话就显得有点累赘了。另外由于增加了侧滑键盘，iPad是否能够依然保持苗条的身材呢？如何在增加物理键盘的同时，保持与原来相近的厚度和重量呢？电容的容量是否会因此减少？这个创意虽好，但是问题也还是不少。

康将来会帮助苹果公司(以下简称“苹果”)在中国内地销售产品，直接从富士康郑州工

由于中国已经成为全球IT产业的一个重要市场，苹果也不例外，一直试图拓展中国
市场份额。该消息称，苹果需要额外的支持，预计将依靠富士康帮助其在内地提供物流

该消息还称，富士康、苹果还与内地海关部门达成了一项协议，并且从9月份开始
已经直接向内地市场出货少量产品。过去，苹果产品要想在内地销售，首先必须要运到

台湾《Digitimes (电子时报)》周三 (26 日) 报导，苹果 (Apple)(AAPL-US) 用于下
一代 iPhone 智慧手机及 iPad 平板电脑的所有 A9 处理器当中，台湾晶片大厂台积电
(2330-TW) 预期将只能取得 40%-50% 的制造订单。
报导引述业界消息人士透露，台积电据信可以拿下苹果下一代 iPad 搭载的 A9 晶片所
有订单，但南韩对手三星 (Samsung)(005930-KR) 却以较低的价格，抢下苹果明年新一
代 iPhone 采用的 A9 晶片大部分订单。
知情人士指出，三星提供给苹果的 14 奈米 FinFET 制程报价较低，几乎和其 20 奈米
