这是犯罪嫌疑人的第三次聆讯。据当地媒体香槟市新闻公告网消息，美国检察官办公室发言人莎朗·保罗表示，这次庭审时间很短。主要工作一是询问嫌疑人是否认罪，二是确定正式审判(即预审听证)的日期。
