Impact Driver)的，一般工作还行，稍微顽固点的就不给力了，很多螺钉松不动
，很多长螺丝最后钉不进去，发出很大的噪声。还有一点，这套属于compact型，都是
HEX接口，搞得找不到配套的大钻头。
准备换套20V或者18V的。 DEWALT DCK283D2这套咋样？Brushless的， 20V，看起来还
算给力 |

省地方。现在有两个Drill、一个Impact Driver、一个Jigsaw。两个Drill一个装钻头
，一个装driver，钻孔、钉螺丝很方便省事。下一步再配个Oscillating头。如果每样
都是独立工具，很难想象怎么携带。电池和草坪修边机共用，稍加修改，和Porter
Cable钉枪也可以共用。 |

that they were doing back ground checks and they gave me a number to call
and check the status of my drivers license. The number was a sacremento

我是外州来的，转驾照和title.
我先去了daly city的，发现停车场很小，人很多，都在找街趴，于是决定去redwood
city的，因为猜测那里人少一些，虽然离我比较远。开过去，发现停车场超大，工作人
员态度超好。我去过美国3个州不同的mva多次，这次的经历最好。进门前台给你发号，
问你要做什么，然后给你发表格。
1． Car registration 前台叫我把车开过来，等了一会，一个慈祥的老爷爷来查我
的车，前后内外看了看，看了我的外州title，然后填我的表格（不是你自己在网上下
载的，是前台发给你的）。然后在大厅里等。
2． Drivers license 大约一个小时以后，叫到我的号。先给我办驾照。出示护照
，外州驾照，工作许可，填好的表格，交钱，然后给我一片纸，告诉我去另一个台子办
Car registration，然后去照驾照照片。
3． 出示drivers license拿到的纸，title, 填好的表格, 交钱。（事先要做好

well now, making good impact and distance consistently. But when I apply the
same swing to the drivers (1,3 woods), it gets very bad. Most of the time,
the driver hit the top of the ball and the ball goes less than 50 yds or if
i by chance make a relatively better impact, it would go as a slice. I am
seeking some advice here how to practice/improve with the driver. Any links?

Ur guess is right, from my aspect.

about the trajectory of long iron, the ball flight for their driver is
reasonable. Either he uses a lower loft driver, like 8.5 degree, or he tees
ball lower. (i prefer the 1st guess.)
For the long iron, it's hard to judge from ur word. But it's true, as I said
here before, currently, pros like hitting ball higher using long iron,
lower for short irons, all for better distanc |

, one of the 4 pros, I forgot his name though, actually practice the driver
without the tee sometime. And he can almost get the same distance, just a
little shorter. He said it helps his tee shot. Hehe. I also saw it once on
TV that Tiger used his driver on fairway, and the next day, my friend, Joe,
hit a driver on fairway for the second shot of a long par 5 and got the ball
almost on the green.

degree. This is considered a much smaller head compared to other drivers
these days.
Recently I tried hitting some 460cc big heads. They consistently showed a
15-20 yard longer distance than my 330cc. Although I am a strong believer
of fundamentals and believe that it's more about the swing than the
equipment, I start to suspect the size of driver can truly give substantial
improvements.
What are your thoughts? |

square，那么driver的球杆把就差不多在左腿的位置。那双手握吧，双手就都在左腿
的位置，感觉很别扭啊。
有个instructor和我说，club face对直目标线后，双手握住球杆，然后从左腿的位置
移回胸骨的正中位置。可是这样的话，driver 就拉斜了， club face 这个时候就不是
square地对着目标了，而是朝着目标线的左边。这样也觉得不舒服啊。
到底应该如何setup，已经糊涂了。还请各位赐教。 |

my driver tend to slice, while my 3wood seems always hook.
assume not too much difference at my swing (i think there are), i think the
club setup might be the major factor. my ping 3wood is "close", now i
believe that would the case contributing hook.
since the long saga of my taylormade 3wood purchasing, i didnt get chance to
test my theory yet.
maybe you can demo other manufacture's driver or long iron to see if that
makes the di |

on the contrary, i know a lot ppl (amature) with good driver and bad iron,
or very consistent iron but poor driver. |

7 iron stable at 150 is pretty good play already, which means your driver
should not be that shabby. It is hard to give up driver or 3-wood. There are
courses that you have to deal with them. Say some holes on a course require
over 200 yard carry over water. Obviously a 7 iron can not make it. I guess
practice for drivers or long woods is still a must to do. |

用一号或二号铁开球。
后来选了很多课，再加上driver越做越容易打，现在1号铁2号铁已经有好久没摸了。新
的driver的sweet spot好大，其实是很容易打得，而且距离的确是远。

i played 9 hole at fremont last sunday, which is a small course. for those
who are familiar with the course would know there are tons of hazard (water,
weeds, trees ...) around few holes.
i was being conservative, and used 3wood and/or hybrid, and kept my driver
in the bag. turn out it became a whole different course to me.
judge by the score, i would stick with my driver, since 3wood/hybrid + 1
miss chip/putt + 1 chip is about the same with driver + 1 penalty + 1 chip

figur that long hitter is gauged by driver and woods distance. not irons.
iron are not for distance.
i believe majority of guys at this board hit PW about same distance as Tiger
,
hit 7iron about 10-30 yards shorter than tiger,
but when comes to woods and Driver, 60 yards or more shorter than tiger.
i realized that Pro hit irons with much less effort than amateurs, at least
me... so many pro iron shot |

swing flaws. You will probably hit longer and straighter paying a pro that
money for a couple of lessons. BTW, I somehow cannot get used to 460cc

particularly with an Aldila shaft. Some new drivers we can get used to at no
time, some others we can’t, which does not mean they are not good for us.
Take your time and get known about the driver and shaft. Hope you will like
it after three or four tryouts.

very driver-friendly, such as the 138th british open course, even pros would
consider not to touch the driver.
for normal course, your errand driver shots normally would end up within
harzard, just take the penalty, drop the ball.
if you consider yourself overshoot 6/7 iron in normal cases, you would have
way more chance of making mistakes with your 3i.
then it becomes 3i + overshoot/undershoot + 3i + overshoot/undershoot |
