不开暖气和空调，建议把钱花在最有效的地方，就是做好insulation，
1. Attic insulation，把insulation 材料加到R38的水平
2. Wall insulation， 50年左右的老房子一般墙里没有insulation，可以注入
insulation到R19的水平.

上个星期天开车出去玩，高速开了20分钟有几个大的上坡，就一直油门踩的很深。快到
坡顶的时候，油门一下轰得很响，然后 engine check light就亮了。把油门松开后再
重新踩下去就正常行驶了。后来开了两天发动机转速正常（开空调的时候local 不到
2000转，高速不到3000转），水温也正常。
我觉得尾气味道有点怪，像混了一点烧塑料的味道。我老公说我是心理作用。。。。
今天去autozone 读了一下code，P0421，catalyst efficiency low-bank 1。小儿让买
了火花塞，说先换了火花塞再看。我买是买回来了，但是google了一下觉得好像不相关
啊。
请版上的高人们指点一下，这种情况最大可能是什么啊？修一下大概什么价位呢？

房子大概18年了，好像这些东西都没有换过。
前段时间有个公司的人敲门，说是NJ有个什么Energy Star的项目，州补助5000$来升级
家里的东西到High Efficiency，在Attic还要加强隔热什么的，等等。
他们现在开始做我们这个社区，第一步是调查房子是否符合州补助的条件，然后我们可
以决定要不要做。他们检查之后一周，回来说房子符合条件,问我们愿不愿继续。除了
州补助的5000之外，我们需要负担10K，这个10K可以以0利率10年或者12年付清，大概
每个月70-80块钱的样子。
社区里面现在也陆续看到其他家门口立了他们的广告， 他们做第一步的时候会问是否
介意放个他们的广告牌在门口。
由于我们是第一批，现在他们要我做决定是否要继续。请达人给看一下，这个值得做吗？
他们说房子将近20年了，这些设备的寿命快到了，如不做这个，自己换得话也的7000块
左右，况且做的质量没有保证。他们的这个有严格的规定，做完之后好像好要接受另外
一个部门的验收（因为有州的补助，他们要符合州的要求），等等。 |
