到适应，从适应到喜欢。每天下午肚皮娘接肚皮的时候，老师们都争相告
诉肚皮娘肚皮又如 何度过了快乐的一天。“He is such a happy baby!”
Lisa老师说。“He is such a flirt!”Elizabeth老师说。要说肚皮娘还
有什么不满的话，那就是每天早上dropoff的时候，肚皮还是要上演一出
苦情戏。虽然肚皮娘也知道臭小子完全是装的，但是每天跟一个满脸鼻涕
眼泪的小鬼kiss goodbye实在不是一种享受。
今 天是New England难得的一个好天，天高气爽，阳光灿烂。我那个刚搬

发帖数: 4844 | 50 初中生的数学比赛有几个，这里俺就说说这个Mathcounts。说到MC呀，俺现在还记得两
个名字，一个叫Sam是个白人男孩子，一个叫Elizabeth的白人女孩子。Sam是切磋会里
家长们公认的本州神童，未来的各种冠军非他莫属。那个Elizabeth跟俺住一个镇子，
可人家父母说已经在学校没课可学了，不久就准备去博士屯里的大学去旁听啥的了。反
正当年是俺们绝对的偶像，牛疼了。
到了MC这个关口，孩子以前的学习起了很大变化，方法上也做了调整。过去的背过来的
中国课本不够了，没办法，有些东西像概率呀，counting呀，数论呀中文书里都没涉及
到。人家不是介绍了AOPS吗？从此孩子和妈妈就泡开AOPS了，在那里潜伏下来，慢慢地
知道了哪个ID是哪个。哪个是州里牛人，听到人家说哪哪本书必读，呵呵，俺们就像得
了宝贝，马上去买来，就像得到了武侠秘籍一样开始由娃来研读。向牛人学习在后来证
明是很有效的提高自己的方法。充分利用网络学习工具比如那个演练算术速度的游戏和
AOPS的FTW的count-down游戏，俺娃从中都得益匪浅。这个知识的掌握-〉举一反三-〉
