AMC娱乐(AMC Entertainment)周四表示，该公司将在一次重大的影院控股公司合并中，
以7亿3700万美元现金收购卡麦克影院(Carmike Cinemas)，形成美国国内最大的、拥有
超过600家影院连锁院线。
根据交易条款，AMC娱乐每股将付30美元，相较于卡麦克周四的收盘价格溢价19%。包括

我的阿帕门400 sq ft，1BR+1BATH，经过我的精心布置，它看起来一点都不小。首先我
买了个study full bunk bed，这样就把computer table的地方省出来了。我告诉你们
，在bunk bed下干活效率特别高，空间不大不小，对着墙，不容易被别的事情分心。我
买的是钢架的，结实。木头的过了一段时间会有吱吱声，不适合我这样的大个子，更不
适合两人上床。
紧靠着bunk bed是书架，很高的那种，也是金属的，match床的风格。书架上不全用来
放书，还放一些照片和装饰品，书架顶是仿真的植物和花，恰到好处地给房间增添些绿
色和生气。
与bunk bed并排的是entertainment center，我的电视、Wii、compact PC和speaker

Some people may simply find your posts entertaining, entertainment is fine,
since this is bbs,
but sometimes your posts are quite serious, and call short with some half-
baked FA.
short term movement is very hard to predict, FA is always there, but how

Carl Icahn Reportedly Takes New Stake In Caesars Entertainment
shares were rallying Friday in reaction to a CNBC report that billionaire
activist investor Carl Icahn may have taken a stake in the casino operator.
What Happened
Sources close to the matter told CNBC Icahn is accumulating shares in
Caesars, which follows earlier reports of similar investments by activist

感谢大家的热情参与和版主的领导。总结一下游行的经验教训和建议：
人数只有200人，还是太少。因为不是周末，和在三番，交通不方便。而且游行路线由
警察带着走，都是人少的街道，宣传的作用大打折扣。传单准备不够. 周围群众都不知
是怎么回事.
来得全是中文媒体，主流英文媒体一个都没来。原因还是声势不够，而且可能因为主流
媒体认为华人游行都比较平和，没有扔鸡蛋等野蛮行为，可能不敢兴趣。
口号：我们只喊了Fire Jimmy, Boycott ABC之类，忘了喊：Sue ABC, Sue Jimmy
Kimmel. ABC根本不当一会儿事。也不派人出来，也不接受我们的抗议信。
最后在ABC门口喊了几句口号之后，好不容易集合在一起的队伍被那个Mr. Chen from
Oakland 说谢谢大家马上就解散了。
