to your designated email address. I check for status by logging into
fastlane during the season of decisions. I check for the status at least
daily, or even multiple times a day. I found that the status change usually
happened from very late night time to early morning, if a change is made. I
guess the fastlane system makes daily updates during that time.

originally proposed, but the PM asks me to revise the Budget Justification.
I did that, but was unable to find a mechanism to upload the revised
justification via Fastlane. From Fastlane, I found that we can modify the
budget itself, but there is no link to upload revised budget justification.
Any advice?
On a related note: is it almost guaranteed for a proposal to be funded if

原因是从PM把decision upload到fastlane, 然后division给PI发决定，有一个时间差
。fastlane只要有任何变化，那个status date都会变。 |

可以调）。再上传PDF到fastlane。fastlane还会压缩，但是结果比上传word doc好多

Metafiles. Insert metafiles into the Word document and directly upload the
word document to Fastlane. This does not lose any resolution but some
figures may be too large.
Option 2: Save figures as TIFF and use Photoshop to set them to 600 dpi and
10-17 cm width. This process also results in pretty good pdf image quality
at FastLane.

FASTLANE 没年费的，有的州EZPASS 有各种费用。 |

available to PIs。我最近几个月特别注意了一下这个。我一个proposal被拒的前几天status
变了. 最近一个proposal收到PM的信叫revise budget，看了一下fastlane,status date
没变。别人说等PM收到revised budget等，推荐后status date会变 |

with right now:
open the pdf letter giving you trouble in word 2013, then re-save into
another pdf file. Now it should be OK in fastlane. At least it worked for me
. |

pdf，然后上传就好了。昨天最后投的时候各种乌龙，有个图怎么在fastlane上从word
转成pdf都出错，如果我先Print 成pdf，很多图的清晰度就差了。大家都怎么处理呢？
我最后只能是忍受了一下清晰度差一点。。 |

发帖数: 19 | 48 两三次了都是临终提交了发现上传到fastlane上的project description图片太粗糙。
尝试了几个版本：
- 直接上传doc或者docx，图片很糙而且两张origin导出的图直接错码了
- 用acrobat先转PDF再传，试了standard, high-resolution, press quality，
standard上去比较糙，其他两种没什么改进而且图片有乱码 （图片中间有几条明显白
线）
- 用PDF Creator转化成default, high resolution, high compression,效果基本都一
样，没改进。
- 最后试了save as pdf再上传，相比之下效果最好，但是也不尽人意。
请问有什么办法能让上传的图片分辨率高点吗？或者在准备本子的时候有什么需要特别
注意的？ 谢谢。 |
