I would try: not fill the hole around faucet. But seal the bowl base with
anti-mold sillicone. Then no water should go through faucet gap to the
cabinet. For the gap around the water pipes, use some rubber fill it, then
use plumber's putty to seal the rubber, pipes above the countertop. |

1) for a 115 sqft room, level the floor and install 1'x1' marble floor tile.
2) install 4 base cabinets and one wall cabinet.
3) install a 48" bathroom vanity, granite countertop and faucet. and collect
washer and dryer.
4) put beadboard,trim, chair rail and baseboard on three walls. Each wall is
about 4'x8'. Beadboard is only half the height of the wall.

害，让房客出钱修，不过估计你要能说服他才行。
门锁的事，我觉得你没义务给他换，如果他坚持，让他出钱买，你负责装。
lease里比较常见的一个条款是房客要对房子作任何改动的话，必须要房东同意，房客
出钱，改动后的一切属于房东。这个我在网上的lease的模板见过。
如果是要求卫生间换个这样的门锁（室内门锁那种，不是用钥匙的那种门锁）还算
reasonable，你出钱就算了。 |
