不过我drop feed我的左手，我左手很快能把drop feed ball用比较正确的动作打过网
。我发现对我反手（我双反很有帮助），现在我每次比赛前热身，都自己droop feed左
手20来个球，然后反手就感觉很好，我偶尔没有drop feed，反手要不就慢热，要不就
整个比赛都off，但是drop feed了左手，反手上来就可以打大斜线，可以打穿越。
原理我也不知道，但是就是个体会，另外就是想把反手感觉固定下来，不用每次都要
drop feed左手，但是好像还没成功。提高都是短时效的。 |

如毛皮更光亮，便便少而且更成形等等。
不过需要指出一点是兽医几乎是一边倒地反对raw feeding的。虽然raw feeder对这个
嗤之以鼻，认为反对raw feeding的不过是被狗粮公司收买。不过简单分析一下raw
feeding的risk不难发现这些兽医的立场无可厚非。
raw feeding主要的危险是卫生问题，各种细菌，病毒之类的。其它的不说，前一段时

的，左手持枪是不是这样，大家别光研究装备，都来指导一下啦：
普通的AR15 lower，非Ambi的，没用BAD:
方法1）左手握Pistol Grip：
判断Double feed
左手拉charging handle 同时右手伸到另一面 食指和中指锁住bolt
左手握好枪
右手拇指按mag release 大力拉出弹夹
左手握枪小幅偏向右侧
右手反复拉charging handle直到看到抛弹
右手上新弹夹
右手拉charging handle上膛，继续射击
方法2）左手握Pistol grip：
判断Double feed

说打疫苗给妈妈，breast feeding的小孩 有risk包括那个TB skin test. 。。。。。
。。能不能办waiver或推迟啊？有没有类似情况的兄弟姐妹啊。。。。。
还是只能我的485先交， 老婆breast feeding停了再交485啊" follw-to-join"。（律
师说这样没有问题，也不需要排期， 看485 instruction上也说没问题， 不过就是怕
夜长梦多）
实在不行，只要等几个月，一起交485，不过老婆还想brest feeding 10个月呢。
真的纠结。。老婆有准备怀孕，准备申请绿卡的，以后也注意了， 还是在怀孕前，就
把那几个疫苗给打了。因为都没有疫苗记录，我这边 civil surgeon要求: TD, MMR-
TB skin test.....,貌似TB skin test,可以用其他test 代替。 |

何乐不为。
愿望是美好的，但是 weed & feed 是违反事物发展规律的。
首先，这个除草剂和肥料混在一起是非常不好的主意。如果你
的土缺肥，多撒点肥那就多撒点毒药？草坪长得好的地方，基本
上没有什么杂草，那毒药就是白给了。草坪长得不好的地方，杂
草多你的肥料就白给了。
如果分开来，肥料归肥料，毒药归毒药。那很多人首先大概不会
去撒毒药，这个东西有毒不想碰。但是毒药混在肥里面，就不介意
了。其实是一样的东西，就是心里想着这个是肥料所以不介意了。
要是单独撒的的话，毒药会比较集中撒在杂草上。大家不会给
好草撒毒药是不是。
最重要的一点，毒药个对土壤非常不好。毒药毒那些土里的微生物，
蚯蚓什么的。这些东西恰恰是让你的土比较“肥沃”的关键。
这个从土壤的 CEC, OM 角度来说的。长期毒害土壤，里面长不了
有益的群体，必然导致土质变坏，板结。然后你就需要翻地，打孔
什么的，需要更多的肥料，甚至土壤疏松的药。

加长寿；他们也在吃更多高碳水高脂肪的垃圾食品。谁会认为垃圾食品让人们长寿？猫
也一样，他们活得更长in spite of商业猫粮，尤其是干粮，而不是because of it。
2）干粮是对猫最好的食物
有些专家推荐喂干粮，因为可以一整天放在外面不会坏掉。但是作为捕猎者，这样随时
供应的食物完全不符合猫的自然生理规律。干粮让猫的尿液过碱或过酸，由此容易引发
尿道疾病。干粮外面涂有诱食剂，容易让猫上瘾，就像人类小孩容易对垃圾食品上瘾。
干粮里面奇高的碳水化合物含量让猫无法消化，往往导致肥胖，糖尿病，和其他严重的
疾病。
3）干粮比罐头更经济实惠
有人认为买干粮更加实惠，因为干粮里面的水分少。但是谁会只给他们的小孩吃早餐

food, raw, home made，以及各种mix feeding
垃圾+酒楼残羹+杂碎下水---> 罕见寄生虫，牙龈炎，口腔炎，猫瘟，激瘦
dry food ---> 初期超市货到后来的高档货，欧版美版，迅速增肥，脂肪堆积，大便较
臭，一直吃泡水的干粮，RAL自己也喜欢饮水，所以吃干粮对他的肾没什么负面影响。R
/D处方干粮，减血脂用的，他接受干粮的程度高于R/D罐头。
canned food---> （1）普通罐头：体重维持，便便也臭；（2）纯肉罐头: weruva, ff
等，低脂低纤维，4-5天才有一次大便，减肥效果奇佳！担心他肠蠕动不好，后来改为
普通罐头和纯肉罐头交替，2-3天一便，体重维持。（3）处方罐头：K/D，某年不知何
故大病绝食几天，为保肝塞了几罐K/D，效果貌似不错，撑下来了没什么后遗症。 R/D
，手术后吃了2个月，把超标几十倍到危急水平的甘油三酯降到正常水平。但RAL很厌恶
吃这种素罐头，低脂低蛋白高纤维，排便很多且干，但不算很臭。

说白了就是抱着摇哄睡，而且这个sleep还根本不能叫sleep，最多就打个盹，15或30分

夫，快烦死了，每天什么事都干不了，整天就是喂奶和哄睡。
绝望的是，我很多时候真的不知道娃到底需要是什么，有时候他显得很狂躁，（那种有
节奏的喘气
声配合双手挥舞），我只有feeding，才能让他平静下来，每次睡以前一点要feeding，
然后再抱
着摇，才能睡，有时候放下去了打个几分钟的呼噜，又醒了，我实在不知道除了

钟又醒了！我放进rocker里就一直不肯睡，到2点我只好又喂他，喂到最后由迷糊过去

我觉得raw feeding以后，便便应该变少才对。。。因为没有那些添加的谷物
最近一个多月正式给DH 100%的raw feeding（主要是上次被the taste of the wild伤
了心，决定再也不吃commercial的狗粮了）。刚开始几天便便很少，持续了几周，最近
一周多孩子变成了造便机器，一天至少三到四次，多的时候会有五次。
没有accident已经很多年，今天早上遛弯的时候明明便了一大堆。白天居然hold不住便
在家里了。夸张的是，下班回来带出去，立刻又便了一大堆。幸运的是，便便的质地很
硬，所以很好处理，而且几乎没有任何异味，raw feeding的优点真多。孩子以前肠胃
很弱，经常拉肚子，现在表现很好。
只是想不通为什么一下子会有这么多BB呢，明明每天按照体重的2%，喂1到1.1磅的牛肉
鸡肉猪肉和骨头内脏的混合。
