早上提前到了，好多人等在法庭门外。门一开，大家都进去了。以前没到过法庭，赶紧
拿手机照了几张照片。找地方坐下了。法庭警察开始讲话，大意是，不许照相,video，
不许玩手机，没读instruction的赶紧读一下 (不清楚具体他用的什么词，就是一页写
有你的权利的纸)，法官会问你读没读过。你要读过才能继续。还有一些比如请翻译什
么的。
这里需要介绍一下背景。加州政府缺钱，每个ticket都是好几百。你有三个选择，
guilty, no contest 和 contest。 guilty 和 no contest 基本一样，就是交钱。不
一样的是，no contest不算认罪，只不过是你懒得和他们理论了。contest的话，法院
要传票(sbupoana)警察，警察这次是不在的，要再约时间，你赢了的话就没事了，输的
话交全额罚款，而且不能上traffic school。有一点很好，不管赢输，不用交额外传票
警察的费用。之前网上看警察出庭会得到$200补助，所以警察一般会来。
如果不contest，还有一个好处，下面再讲。

子发了一张Wrong way in one-way street的罚单。当时没有跟条子废话，事后琢磨着
这条路不是单行线啊，理由如下:
1.图中粗蓝箭头附近的路口确有DO NOT ENTER告示，但十几米外的路的尽头也有一块面
向箭头方向的STOP SIGN(图中右上角)。显然允许“反方向”行驶，否则这块STOP SIGN
何用？
2. 图中细蓝线圈出蓝色车辆应该刚从残趴位驶出，以细蓝箭头方向行驶，显然合法。
3. 图中该Plaza其他趴位都是斜线，以确认单行线(图右下方为例)，但此处趴位为垂直
，显然无法确认该路的单行特征啊。
大家帮我看看，上庭跟法官看图说话有望fight掉这张ticket吗？谢谢！ |

stop以后右转，当即被警察pull over，说这个路口有no turn on red,我说卸货卡车挡
着了，我没看到。最后还是被给了ticket，没给points。但总觉得不是我的错，要不要
上庭fight一下，大家给点儿意见。 |

I want to see if anybody has ever fought a speeding ticket. I was charged
driving on a local road at 55 over 40. I am trying to fight this ticket
because my insurance company said my insurance will increase by $70 once
this ticket shows up.

发帖数: 371 | 12 吃到一张PARKING TICKET，罚款很少。但是突然有个疑问，关于是交罚款了事，还是要
求TRIAL出庭FIGHT这个TICKET。
1. 交罚款了事的话，感觉应该完全没有任何记录，因为TICKET上没有我的名字，只有车
牌号码，无法证明是我违法。
2. 如果出庭的话，即使这个TICKET被DISMISS了，法庭不是仍然有记录吗？而且我的大
名也出现在RECORD里面。（法庭记录一般会保留很久吧，不管官司是赢了还是输了）
当然我知道PARKING TICKET不是啥大不了的记录。
但我还是有点想钻牛角尖，把这情况搞清楚。
推广来说，任何出庭的TRIAL，不管赢了还是输了，不是都会有法庭TRIAL RECORD？除非
你能证明赢了的CASE（比如COP没有来被DISMISS），法庭RECORD会很快被删除。否则赢
了官司比输了又能好到哪里去？（如果不考虑钱和扣点的情况） |

之前是他每隔几分钟就朝场内大吵大叫一番，大家都很烦他，这也是为啥黑女和老大爷
fight他的原因
之所以后来人冲上来打他，估计是因为老大爷受伤吧
其实这哥们虽然很烦人，但还是很克制，黑女人扇了他俩巴掌，老大爷动手+摔跤，这
个哥们基本没有还
手，除了摔倒过程中和老大爷抱作一团。
观众们都很起哄，很多人很烦那个哥们，security进来的时候，好多人大喊：get him
out
那哥们被请出去后，又有一些大妈对动手的黑女人有意见，喊：go back home. Get
her out.

1.很多人都会觉得扣的很少，35块，我也同意。但如果有人跟你说，给我35块，你觉得
多吗？不多，那给我吧。请问，几个人会给？如果是我自己过失，比如烤箱里的污点我
忘了洗，那么我认，我愿意付，再贵也得认罚。问题是，房东在挑骨头，那房子一走进
去，干净清爽shinning，有污渍的角落实在是我们擦了又擦还是洗不掉，这样还罚我，
那就对不起了；
2. 如果只有35块也算了，可受这房东的气已经很长时间，另外，邻居们被多扣的钱几
百甚至上千，我不指望大家都能联合起来，但我可以会问问法律咨询class suit行不行
。而且fight back成功，收获的远不止35，有在美国维权的经验，下次碰到大事就不用
交高昂学费了，将来我的孩子长大，我能跟他说当年的往事。
3. 通过自己找条款，我意识到我对律师的态度走到另一个极端，以前总觉得律师骗钱
，给整个社会增加巨大负担，尤其是穷人的敌人。现在发现，一个看似简单的纠纷都能
有很多细节、很多截然不同的说法，要把所有都弄得有条理，对当事人是一大挑战；

1. if a manager wants to fire you, she has hundreds of ways and if she doesn
't make mistake, it is a mission impossible battle for you to fight for STAY.
2. so unless she made serious mistakes, your goal should not be STAY, but
to get yourself enough time to fly. you can seek collateral damage to your
boss but that's something you must ready to give up any time.
