昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他
们头上，地下装电磁波攻击器，让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下，但其实他们在我身上扎
的毒针已经蔓延，我能感觉到我的呼吸有窒息的感觉。我想我对他们已经非常仁慈了，
但他们不依不饶地攻击我，欲置我于死地，让我非常生气，特别是肆意伤害我家里的人
，绑架我先生和孩子，而且有许许多多无辜的生命毁于他们之手，有必要把他们曝光。

查，追查他们吧。

面带一点点暗红
色的血，大便表面还有点胶冻状粘粘的；立刻停了母乳，只给奶粉。昨天开始血变成鲜
红色，也明显起
来。儿医说很有可能是anal fissure，让回来抹凡士林，继续混合喂。当天还打了第二
针Hep B。
昨晚给回母乳后，大便立刻变成绿色。然后连着三顿没见大便，以前基本是每喂一顿都
有一些的。正晚
上都超级fussy，也不知道是因为打了疫苗，还是肠胃不舒服。。。。
今早喝完一顿奶，拉了一点点，又看见鲜红色的血了，绿色倒是少了很多。
rectum出鲜红色血这能理解，但是一开始的暗红色是否从上消化道来。胶冻状的大便会
不会是胃肠道感
染呢？
有没有妈妈有过类似的经验？如果是anal fissure一般要多久血才会消失呢？ |

quest sometime cannot be completed or he doesn't show up at all. But ag

paper and the liquid developer applied to it and the color changed into dark
blue, most of the time means there is blood in the stool, that is a
positive test,
seems you had an anoscope, didn't show any anal fissure or hemorrhoid which

我自从前年六月份第一次肛裂以后，到现在一直是反反复复，不时的发作一次。
只是这两个月来发作的频率实在是太高了。我每次去上大厕所，都会怕的嗖嗖发抖。
有一次没忍住在洗手间里痛哭出声了， 搞得别的来上厕所的人敲门来问我在怎么了。
其实我有google关于肛裂的预防啊治疗啊，这么久以来我一直是每天早上起来两个苹果，
一大杯子蜂蜜水，再吃点馒头或者全麦面包什么的，每天都是有菜有肉有水果，外加喝
很多很多的水，
煮饭都是用白米＋糙米＋黑米煮的，只因为别人说吃粗粮促进肠胃蠕动。还经常吃点儿
大荤啊什么的（中医
的说法：缺油），补充纤维素（西医的说法：缺fiber）。我觉得我每天吃动西都感觉
不到乐趣了，
吃什么都会先想想这个东西对我的排泄啊肛裂啊会不会有好处。辛辣的东西是早就戒了。
就是这样，今天去洗手间，觉得它又要裂了，吓得我肚子涨的快炸了，可是不敢把它拉
出来。因为肯定又要裂了，会
出血，而且从今往后多少天之类，上厕所就等于去地狱！ 关键是它裂了以后那个地方
还总是阴阴的疼，坐在椅子上都难受，
厉害的时候根本就是坐没法坐，站也不是，躺也不是，总之就是生不如死！

你的饮食是不是容易上火啊? 别吃烘烤的食物，比如pizza,steak,烤鸭，烤鸡等。另外
，据说有那种一次性的加了药的tissue,应该在药房有卖。去pharmacy问店员，应该是
不要处方的。

我第一次肛裂去看了医生，给开了stool softner，还要我每次大厕所之后要温水坐浴
，而且还给开了vitamin A+D的ointment。我当时怀疑是痔疮，不过医生排除了那个可
能性。
之后有朋友告诉我说prume juice很有用，我去试了试，果然对排便很有帮助。后来因
为病情反复发作，我对prune juice的依赖性越来越强，而prune juice对我的作用就越
来越弱了。Dried plum我也有吃。Stool Softner也吃过，不过instruction上说这个不
能多吃，如果连续几天而情况没有好转的话，好象是说得停药。
如厕后温水坐浴我也是只要有条件就坚持做了。不过大部分情况不是很有条件做这个。
另外我平时是坐的时间比较多，我现在比较注意了，一般隔一会儿就站起来走走，再加
上狂喝水，所以隔一会儿就得去趟洗手间。
不知道这样是不是还是不够？ 另外，有机会我就会去游泳，基本上每次游半个多小时
，每个星期两到三次。
但是情况没有什么好转，很显然我从一次性的肛裂变成慢性肛裂了。而且很多的时候我
的大便其实没有那么硬，甚至可以说还满柔软的，可是还是会给 |

收敛作用奇佳,刚涂上去的时候,立刻阻止伤口扩散,而且止疼(准确的说
是有点麻木...). 过一会就自然了. 至于伤口多久完全痊愈,看程度了.
因为"粘"性颇强,所以刚上药以后,不要碰伤口. 还有就是有点刺激作用(薄荷?),刚上药
的时候稍有点刺疼.
这个只是治标,如果冬天不注意保护,嘴唇老是裂,就要不停用这个药...
你可以问问你的医生,看可以不可以用在下面,先把那的伤口愈合...
btw,如果治好了,别忘了送我几个包子,最近手头紧的很...

我的 primary care physician 把我送到 Gastroenterologist (GI) 那里。
GI 说是肛裂 (fissure) 或是痔疮 (hemorrhoid) 并且说 "He doesn't have
great knowledge in this area." 然后把我 refer 给 surgeon. 肛肠疾病
