一些dance 101的拉伸及柔软度概念
笼统地说，柔软度分三种：kinetic, passive, and active；普罗大众认为柔软度标杆
的横批竖劈其实只是passive flexibility，那kinetic和active flexibility是什么捏？
用front kick前踢打比方：
kinetic柔软度好 = 肌肉强踢得高
passive柔软度好 = 踢完了这一脚不会拉伤筋骨腿脚痛
active柔软度好 = 踢上去不借助外力保持这个pose ≈ passive + kinetic
好多人只追求passive flexibility，殊不知当三种柔软度都拥有才能算flexible，举
手投足才能干净利落，线条才会漂亮(i.e 瘦小腿)
当我们看到dancer能在空中跳跃劈叉180度，她quad需要足够强core需要足够挺竖劈可
能要拉至270度才能有这一跳
这与肌肉强弱有很大的关系，排除天生命好筋骨软的，一般柔软度好的人肌肉不会太差
，想要柔软度好自然要stretch |

On Oct. 31, the U.S. Department of the Treasury modified the “Use It or
Lose It” rule, which required any leftover balance in a Health Care FSA to

发帖数: 1471 | 17 金属的导热系数比你列的绝热塑料管大很多，所以气体在管道内输送时和外界热交换会
比较多，这样容易影响HVAC的使用效果，比如夏天冷气从你家通风口出来已经是热的，
而冬天暖气出来已经不那么暖了。
plastic flexible hose是两层铝箔中间夹一层纤维绝热层，绝热效果显著，但是容易
破裂，变形，安装起来要热别小心。如果挤压变形会导致管道内气压降增加，加重风机
的负担导致耗电，或者导致室内出风口出来的风无力。破裂的的结果更糟糕，夹心层内
的绝热纤维会随风从管道内吹出来，然后被你吸进去，是个health hazard。这些纤维
会不会着火要看材料。一般而言80度以下都没问题。
总之这种管子相比金属管好处是便宜而且绝热，代价就是隐患多。近年的新房子比起5,
60年代的老房子，一个显著的趋势就是偷工减料，能用便宜的绝不用贵的，屋顶，地板
，下水道，装修，无不如此。一般设计的使用寿命也就10-15年，这个plastic
flexible hose也无非如此。 |

a. flexible spending account 上限（比如 $5000），就是你们存进去的钱
b. 夫妻收入少的一方的年收入
取 a 和 b 中较少的数字。比如夫妻中收入较少的一方一年只挣了2000块，那就只能免
掉 2000。
我是这么理解的，也可能有误差，仔细研究下 1040 instruction 应该都在里面。 |

spending account 相似。不同的是HSA没有 use it of lose it,可以常年累积并且可
以买mutual fund.

有flexible saving account 并享受了$5000的dependent care benefits,所以必须填
part III,并且daycare里多余5000的部分是不能免税的，这个我能理解。但现在因为LD
是学生，收入最多只能是：$250*12=$3000,结果表填下来，我要重新把$2000加回到我
的总收入里，也就是要交税，那不能只能免$3000,和我不要这个account一样的了。我
填的对不对？
我的理解是，双方只能在年收入超过$5000的情况下才能完全享受flexible saving
account，否则只能有$3000,而且如果有两个小孩，还是不要这个account划算，因为两
个小孩就是$6000,比$5000还多，我的理解对不对？欢迎大家讨论。 |

每年我们的benefits enrollment，有$5000上幼儿园的钱是可以免税的，叫做
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts。我知道上day care， Preschool的钱
是属于这个范畴。
现在的问题是：
1. 上elementary school后，3点50放学后的after school care算吗？
2. summer vacation期间，学校放假，得上camp， camp的钱算吗？
3. camp经常4点结束，4点后要花钱上after school care，算吗？
因为年度的benifit enroll快要到来，需要弄清楚上述钱是否属于FSA范畴才能决定存

保险负的钱，应该是它负责的一部分，按说不该给你寄支票，除非你看病的地方，收了

不是不想跟爸妈说，而是在跟他们说之前当然要准备好不要让他们担心我以后会不会有

戚/朋友/同事什么的。形婚也是为了让他们能有更多的信心，和让他们知道我对将来生
活有准备也愿意面对。我想，很多同志在跟父母出柜前都做了很多功课和准备的，毕竟
父母年龄都大了，尽量避免他们着急冲动身体出状况什么的。
小孩的问题，我之前已经提到了，灵活商量flexible。您既然提到，我正好可以讲的更
明确些 :) 我挺喜欢小孩子，会要的。但可以通过多种方式。如果您愿意，我可以和您
通过您可以接受的方式；如果您不愿意，我可以自己独立单独的找代孕，经济上我可以
负担。所以小孩子问题是flexible的 :) |
