不说大道理。 就拿哥自己来说， 35岁以后活的很颓废， 该转行也没转， ladder也无
心爬。 看各种海龟混的风生水起， 也就是临渊羡鱼。
说白就是因为这个税， ladder上高3级才多2万的收入， 交完税以后就1万， 还不如回
家多看几个公司报表， 炒炒股多赚的多。
老美单职工家庭多也是同样道理。 很多白人夫妻， 另一口子宁可去做volunteers, 也
不找工作， 找个8万的工作， 税交4万， 还没有flexible time。
所以， 适当的减税， 绝对能够广泛性的刺激社会生产力。

最近俺的工资单突然平白无故的税后多了好几十块钱，心想难道老板给俺额外发过节奖
金了么？欣喜之下仔细查看，发现俺的工钱一分钱都没多，只是因为本应该税前扣除的
FSA突然就被少扣了一两百块，交完税就只剩下可怜的几十块了。
电话Fidelity，说是IRS审查，如果收入超过一定范围的话FSA就不能放满了。以前只听
说IRA的额度什么之类的可能会受收入影响，大家听说过FSA还会受限制么？是不是IRS

硕士加三五年工作经验，不是IT，是化学环境类的，。我现在是在美南大农村做一个
junior engineer的活，快升到senior的级别了，但既然猎头来找，我也就投了一下。
他在questionaire上问现在工资和工资要求，并且工资要求不能是open或者negotiable
之类的，至少要给个范围。我就说现在6万左右，要求8到10万。我认为还是蛮合理的，
毕竟南部去三番，而且级别上有所提升，salary网站上也查过，差不多。
跟他们里面一个technical的人电面后，感觉还不错，他们过了两三天又问我要了学校
成绩单和writing sample。又过了两三天，猎头来信说，他们还在考虑所有candidate
，还要几个月才能做最终决定。最后一句说，他们有点concern我的salary
requirement，是不是flexible。
我估计莫非他们连8万都不肯出？接下来还有第二次甚至第三次电面，肯定还有onsite
