最想做implant，但是要先做bone graft，还不一定能成功。
另外一个选择是３ unit bridge，但是旁边的牙也不太牢，担心把旁边的牙磨掉一圈，
没几年这三个牙全掉了。
还有就是flexible partial denture。
这个flexible partial denture有没有人做过，会不会影响旁边的牙？
还想知道bone graft 是不是要拔完牙马上做，还是可以先用flexible partial
denture一两年，再去试bone graft 和implant

昨晚开始了第一轮的fitness。

我fitness的目的是为增加swing power和flexibility.
根据前辈的经验：swing power=power+swing speed.
power容易理解，swing speed该如何训练呢？
我的理解是增加爆发力的训练，这个谁有心得呢？
flexibility还不知道如何训练，基本上，我只是重复warm-up flexibility routine.
我的目标是：争取我driving distance 能reach 260的carry。也就是说，比现在多

并且增加5－10 pounds体重。至于如何测体内的脂肪成分我就不知道了。也就没办法给出

2 到底是选择55miles的plan还是70miles的plan呢? 我现在的瞎跑几乎是抓住每个机会

是60mile-
65miles。
3.接着上一个问题，如果我选择55miles的plan,比如我某天按照训练计划跑了10mile，

拿到了新鞋忍不住往外跑一圈试试鞋。雨不下了，申请了一个小时防风时间，急不可待
的穿上inov-8，一双薄袜子，跑去了。
开跑，由于鞋带太紧，脚跟有点和鞋子摩擦。停下重新放松鞋带。0.2迈，还是有点脚
后跟紧。0.5迈后，鞋带自己松紧调整好了，没事了，原来这鞋带也有个磨合期自适应
的过程。1迈后，一定要留这鞋子了，和偶喜欢受虐的脚丫子是一对。之后的跑，比平
时快了些，2.66的距离好像快了1.2分和2分的样子。
鞋子的第一感觉，
像这个，不过可乐瓶子是3个叠加在一起，压紧到没有空气。6mm前脚的鞋底啊。4mm的
heel drop，10mm的后跟。鞋底没有一点弹性，有保护作用，但是没有cushion，没有
support，没有弹性，啥也没有就是一个硬朔料片。但是和你的脚底通过一堆线密密麻
麻的贴在一起。就算偶开始脚后跟有点紧，要是走路早就出水泡了，但是因为是跑步，
后跟没啥用，感觉就是紧而不是摩擦。
脚底前掌很flexible，heel那片很不flexible。中间脚弓凸起很浅。由于是超薄没有啥

发帖数: 2397 | 41 先用 orbitz.com，点 "Find low fares for weekends and flexible trips " 的link; 用 flexible date 查, 比如 leave on Aug 22 + 3 days before and after, return on Aug 28 + 3 days before and after; 或者用 Flexible Stays, 比如选 I want to take a trip for 4-6 days 或者 5-7 days, sometime between Aug 15 and Aug 30.
如果是Billings(BIL) MT or Bozeman(BZN) MT, 多半是Northwest 最便宜, 找到合适的以后上Northwest 订票, 同样航班可以再省几块钱.
其他近的地方大概会是 United or Multiple Carriers最便宜, 在orbitz.com 订票就可以
另外就是买2个星期以后的票还能买到便宜的,2个星期以内就比较困难了,所以像你这种情况看到合适的就得马上买了. |

发帖数: 2780 | 43 本以为ita最exhaustive，后来发现有的票在ita matirx 查不到，e.g.nyc-pek 6.3~7.
3 在kayak上能查到dl $865的票，ita上最便宜的都1k2+。
另外还有kayak的flexible查询也有问题。如果选6.2~7.3外加+-3天的flexible查询，
是查不到6.3那天865的票的，显示6.3~7.3的票价是1k5+。如果选6.3~7~3的+-3天，能看到865的
票，但是6.2的票又高于前一次查询的结果。
这样的话kayak的flexible岂不是没什么用了，除了选中的，其他日期的价格都不准。

be picked up by a group, my schedule is very flexible, from end of this
month to October would be OK. The initial time frame is two weeks.
I am able to drive a RV, and prefer to rent a RV during the trip, it's
cleaner than hotel and every day schedule would be more flexible. if you
prefer to stay in a hotel, please choose a decent hotel if possible, never
tried youth hotel(sorry, I like to sleep in a clean bed)
