needs to treat underlying cause, such as COPD(which patient needs to stop
smoking); sleep apnea(can wear CPAP or surgery in some pts); thromboembolic
disease, among many others,
if left untreated, pulmonary hypertension has very high mortality, flolan
infusion is the better studies drug, it does increase capacity but not sure
it it would help survival though, |
