来几年加入TPP的可能性很大，但是这话又不能说明白了，毕竟现在不在，也没有谈判
。所以，无脑儿就会想，哦，trump这都不懂哎，trump也不置可否，反正人家辩论前一
天已经采访了。就连wall street journal的人都没提出反驳意见，倒是Rand Paul提出
来，说明其短视的很。川普说的unpredictable就是这样，不能把什么话都明说了，要
暗示中国有可能会而且迫切想要加入TPP并且利用里面的漏洞，但又不明确表示中国会
加入（虽然这很可能是早晚的事，谁知道）。中国一旦加入，就可以操纵汇率，就有后
门，TPP就又没用了。
当年WHO谈判不是就加进来了么。

川普一直强调unpredictable就是这个道理。什么事情非要把话说明白了，选民非要听

the key you hear only a click. If you turn the key back and forth, quickly,
several times, you will most likely get the car to start. You have to get
past the bad spot on the starter. The clicking noise is a dead giveaway!
