在让人很着急。
昨天发现她给了我一个68.99%，而专业课需要70%才算通过。 我赶快发了两封邮件想和
她沟通，没有得到回复。 她把final grade交上系统也没告诉学生，一般学校的教授都
会告诉学生成绩出来了，这样有什么成绩问题也可以商量。
这门课是major elective，一开始我真的很期待能学新东西，这个lecturer是第一次来
我们学校教书。
她没有office hour，在课堂上教的内容难易程度和布置的作业完全不成正比。之前有
一个作业解释不清楚，我发邮件问她，两天后才回复我，于是错过了deadline满分变成
五十分。因为这个作业和下一个作业是在一起的，所以也影响到我下一个作业没得到好
成绩。我的其他作业都是八十到满分之间。
每次在班里问她问题，她从来都说不知道，让我去找TA。我作业都是和同学一起做然后
找TA帮助。
最后的final project占总成绩40%，她来给分。 她给的要求非常苛刻，而且完全不

When I say good, I probably mean simple, interesting and with picture
illustration etc.. That is, suitable for a kindergartener, grade 1 or 2 to

子上也会出现。
这个是房子的一个明显的不利条件，但是一般来讲应该不难修正。正如我以前所说，只
要确保房子的地势比周围的高，流水会绕开房子即可。所以，如果能在房价中合理的反
映出来的话，我觉得这个是可以接受的毛病。 |

后要做的，是运走表层透水性好的土；填上透水性差的粘土，做成positive grading，
然后才是landscape fabric和landscpae grid，然后是透水性好的园土，然后是种草。
记住，positive grading的目的是让水流走，你先垫landscape fabric就错了。 |

是negative grading. 有点往地基方向坡。将来地下室会漏水。买的时候没经验，本身
lot比较平。加一点settling,就grading向里了。builder 给修了修，我们觉得后院还
是中间稍高一点。将来做landscaping时可以调整一点吗？

是从左向右逐渐变低，builder说的是brick
grading. 但看到这张图片的时候觉得不对劲，背面到basement 的高度不应该都是
brick吗？侧面都是啊，难道是画图的人忘了？而且本来说过basement会有一个窗户，
结果在图纸上也没看到。
我在google map上看到别人家的walkout basement的房子basement四面grade都是砖或
石头啊。 |

grading,他们图画错了。我说的brick basement grading就是这个图上显示的，
walkout basement处了背面有门的这个墙是drywall, 其他三面都是水泥墙，然后四周
露出地面的部分都用brick包起来。 |

There are many reading/math books: http://www.teachercreated.com/retailers/
which you cannot find in other bookstores.
If your kid goes to kindergarten, I believe, he/she needs to finish first-
grader reading/math books. If go to first grade, finish second grade books.
You have to spend some $$$ on those books. Ex. math books have many coin

intel给个counteroffer啊. Ms毕业+5年工作经验。
