经过版里筒子一顿教训，楼主知错了。。H1B的确来之不易。。楼主也想好了，先保H1B
为重。
没想到今天又有新进展！！
新公司的HR打电话来说，他们有可能说服律师帮楼主transfer H1B！但有一个前提：无
论denial还是approval，都必须选择新公司了，i.e.，不能说transfer denial的话还
想回旧公司。
现在楼主想跟大家分享一下最近搜索到的所有关于10月之前transfer的信息。也求大家
知道的信息和input！
1. 楼主给至少15个移民律师打过电话，大概一半说可以，一半说不行。说不行的律师
大多提到了移民局最近的新规定新理解，就是10月之前的transfer不能exempt from

很多 guidance 才能顺利前进的。。。我在前两个月没有给娃的数学 guidance，娃就
彻底 lost 两个月。。。
当然，你不给 guidance，娃最终可能也可以 pickup。。。但估计一般家长不会冒这个
风险就是了。。。
当然，教娃的过程，也发现俺自己的小学数学是漏洞百出。。。所以俺自己顺便也补习

比如我家娃自学了一段时间短笛。学校里老师稍微教了一下，她自己琢磨出如何吹声音
更好听。自己把随笛子赠送的小书上的曲子都吹了一遍。每天有点儿空就去吹。所有曲
子都吹了三，四遍，然后对我说希望找个老师教她。这叫真喜欢， 家长想发展这个项
目自然去找老师就行了。
你家娃需要数学GUIDANCE，要末是你拔苗助长，要末是你家娃对数学没有PASSION。 家

我在去年年底时，跟娃大概过了一下 Algebra I 那本书。从知识的角度，
应该足够她慢慢琢磨自学计算题十（algebra 阶段）了。
但实际上，今年四月份那场韩战加板门店停火协议以后，我们才开始尝试
计算题八。而且开始时在计算题八（pre-algebra 阶段）上，她只能自学
前十题，基本从第十五题开始，她需要非常多的 guidance。
一直到最近，她才能慢慢自学整个计算题八，现在基本不太需要 guidance。
（除了每天盯着提醒小时数做到没，大多数普通 teen 的通病，客观规律）。
但是计算题十还是不行，即使是计算题十的前十题里，一旦出现 algebra
word problem 或 geometry word problem，她基本都需要非常多的
guidance。（这也是娃要求把计算题十拖后到计算题八结束以后再说的原因）。
从实战效率角度而言，很多 pre-algebra 的具体解题方法思路，在 Algebra
阶段会被扔掉。所以一旦上 algebra 以后，应该快速通过 pre-algebra

一点，每天都在发生。
虽然最初的时候，resolve conflict 基本上是 trial-and-error。但长此以往，
无故浪费脑子，还无故引起不必要的冲突。所以建立 routine 和 expectation，
确实是实实在在的冰箱贴要求。
举个实战的例子，比如我现在基本不给大娃 review AMC 8，我就花一分钟按照
answer key 划上红叉，后面具体 review 是娃自己的事。因为我认为对于 AMC 8，
大娃没有 need 来要求 routine assistance / guidance。娃今天看不懂就明天看、
明天看不懂就后天看。如果花了三天都不能看成半懂不懂，那就 per-case-based
request assistance。当然，将来 AMC 10 另说，多半需要 stand-by providing
guidance。另外因为 less assistance，所以我对大娃也 less expectation

点，我本来预期是 -10%。最主要的问题是那几个"Ville"系列 用户数目不断下降，这
是这个公司的核心资产。
DAU 72mil 不过 33mil 是mobile 来的，导致ABPU 下降到 0.046。这一点我也不是很
担心，在mobile 游戏领域其实更容易赚钱。
EBITDA 从86mil 下降到65mil, cost 和Q1 相当，大头是R&D 171mil, 65mil stock
based R&D expense. 毛利率也下降了 71% -〉67%。说明营收可能存在着巨大的压力。

重要的包括Z，WU，JCP，KSS，M，INTC，MSFT等
其中只有JCP失误了，损失1w多。其他都是大量盈利，特别是Z，25开始入仓，最低23.8
吧，5000股。
关键的一点，千万别急着接飞刀
庄家砸盘的时候一般都会利用马金short，你觉得斗得过庄家吗？斗不过的话，暴跌的
时候可以跟着short 1-2天，基本上不会错。如果不想short的话，也不要接飞刀
关于ER，不要看guidance，guidance 没啥P用，关键还是看本期盈利
我比较喜欢ER beat 但 guidance 调低的公司。这类管理层比较conservative。 |

给你举个例子，amzn的季报常常miss，但是经常同时调高guidance，结果就是一而再再
而三地盘后大跌，然后立刻拉起，有时还有机构来升级。你看这个pattern和gogo这次
季报不正好反过来么。
gogo唯一能够给24以上高位套住的青蛙逃走的机会就是短期内拿到新的大合同了，但是
现在这个反垄断官司压在头顶，对gogo的扩张影响多大还真不好说了。上次就输给
panasonic了。gogo的竞争对手里还有个后台很硬的，看看vsat的图吧。
jim cramer在这次季报前说20块是底，这次季报调低了guidance，那么这个底又得跌个
2块，要是下次季报有一点点的弱项，还得再跌个2块，如此往复。你要想捂久一点，每
个月总得卖个半块钱的covered call吧。gogo的call通常还是比较值钱的，因为空头太
多，他们都打算长驻，所以有不确定性时会买call来hedge。
如果割掉了，买点avav或tbt放个年把两年，应该可以至少补偿回来一些。gdx等回调后
买入也不错。 |

谈过。
降级这回事，都是file new 140 with amend box checked。我的律师明确说，这是
follow USCIS guidance。所有的律师都是按这个USCIS guidance办的。只是有些人管
这个说amend，有些人管这个叫file new 140. 其实没区别。
我联系了大概10个版上的ID。所有看到过自己140的人都是这么填的。号称是file new
140的人，没一个看到过自己的140。这也证明了我的律师的说法。
至于两个140是否都有效。我的理解是到时候要再file 140 to link to original one
。估计到时候USCIS会有新的guidance来指导怎么办。 |

无数人面临换工作，某知名律师以前也提过会帮助三哥推进这个法案.
