发帖数: 6488 | 6 啊！真不好意思，是我忘了，Hasbrouck现在可以分开租两间房了，那房间内的陈设应
该和图片上是一样的。（以前Hasbrouck全是租给family，小房间是私下偷偷转租，所
以里面没有另外一套学习用的家具。）
一个人的话，Hasbrouck比Maplewood好，Maplewood的单身房是four bedroom，有点挤
。木楼梯有点声音，但是正常范围内吧，我没觉得有什么影响，卫生间会有什么问题啊
？网络限制我就不清楚了，一直在涨，曾经5G，20G，50G都有过，现在100G了？好幸福
哇！
买菜挺方便的，门口公交车不用转就可以到超市和Mall了，稍微折腾点离亚洲超市也不
远（著名的豆腐店，hoho~）
学校里吃的也不算贵吧，离Hasbrouck很近就有个自助餐厅，记得好像可以买月票年票
什么的，只要你吃不腻，Collegetown 还有家中国快餐，至于味道……到了Ithaca，对
吃别抱太大幻想就万事OK了…… |

Hasbrouck分有家具和没家具的，房租有一些差别。小卧室里的家具不包括可以学习的
那种桌椅，但是楼下客厅有足够的空间和桌椅可以学习。
只要别住在公路边，一般都不吵，小孩可能有时候会有吵闹声，也没那么频繁。如果很
担心这个，可以考虑Maplewood，那边一般是没有小孩的couple或单身，非常安静，环
境很好，出门就是公交车站，和Hasbrouck一样。
如果能申请到学校的房子，就别住外面了。学校房子绝对是最省心的。 |

老婆明年春天就要生了，最近在new jersey看了一些房子，有两个房子比较中意，一个是Hasbrouck Heights的single family house,一个是Secaucus的Harmon Cove Court里面一个townhouse。
因为岳父母会过来，之后我的父母也会过来，希望父母们过来之后能自己和附近的中国人父母辈有走动，这样他们不会觉得这边的生活跟坐牢一样（我有些朋友的父母说的），所以想问一下在这两个地方或者附近的中国人多吗？老人多吗，会有习惯聚一聚或者组织一些活动吗？

average 30-40min commute to NY via NJ Transit, and it is a OK neighborhood.
But, I have my reservation on buying a house in Little Ferry though. The
fact that you have to buy flood insurance turns me off, and it did happen
during Sandy. Just google Little Ferry Sandy. |

学校Hasbrouck的小卧室貌似相对便宜，值得不？
小卧室有桌椅可供学习吗？ 空气闷不闷，还是到别处去学习好些？
木楼梯，紧邻的卫生间和卧室，外边的车辆和儿童有又没有什么比较大的影响？

嗯，一个人，刚申请。当时考虑预算有点紧。所以maplewood优先级就排hastrouck之后
了。
木楼梯和卫生间什么没太大影响吧？我可能有点小敏感，但不算糟糕。
网络每个人的限制是100GB/mon吧？
在hasbrouck, 买菜方便吗，还是学校里吃也贵不了多少？
