美国是希望你来这个国家消费. 它才不希罕别的什么呢.写信言简意赅,突出来美的目的
就是消费,就是烧钱. 这个时候,人才有兴趣看你的财产证明什么的. 什么移民倾向不重
要.你不扯,签证官才懒得跟你扯呢.
还有全世界的人都有点势力.我在美国呆久了,觉得礼貌上,签证该穿正式点以示你对签
证官的尊重.当时叮嘱父母穿正式些.他们准备的材料,一个都没有看.当时只问"你女儿
是不是在...州".我爸爸答了一个是.就过了.我当时签证穿了套休闲西服.我连"good
mor..."都还么没有说完,人就撕单子给我,示意让我走.
我当时交材料的时候,发现很多人被叫出去,重新拍照片,填表什么的.感觉都是欺负人.
我的照片照片都是homemade的,从拍摄到洗出.咋不叫我重新拍照?

但是，我们想做得好一点，做正式的食品包装，礼品纸盒，商标，合法地卖给更多的人
。我属于那种读书上班做技术，没想过也没做过生意的人，所以很多事情无从下手。东
西是老婆在做，也是她在卖。有一些问题，问一下那些创业过，正在创业，艰辛过，失

商品：fermented food， 包含酒精，但是酒精度应该是非常非常低那种。一般情况下
不需要冰箱保存，但是冰箱保存应该会时间更久，味道也更好。
生产地点：德州休斯顿，自己家里平时做饭的厨房。
规模：老婆一个人做，一个人卖，我也帮忙，我父母在这边的时候也有帮忙。但是这个
事情一个人可以做，不需要任何雇员。
移民身份：我持L1A，老婆持L2，我们EB1-C类485已交四个月，EAD和AP都已经拿到，绿
卡有望在半年之内拿到。L1A至少还可以用3年（包括延期）。
豁免: 我知道大部分州都有cottage food law,但是我们卖的是fermented food，明文
写的不被包含，所以我觉得应该是豁免不了证件。

咨询一下，费用都可以打到公司的帐本里合法消化掉。如果只想小打小闹挣点散钱花的

最重要。平时微信圈上有人卖蛋糕什么的。不出事则已，出事就是大事。没有安全执照
，没有食物安全training,没有商业保险，没有公司执照。Health department 先去问

上星期给车做service，时间总是很难约到合适的，结果奔驰直接派人送我家一辆loaner把我的车开走，弄好了又给我送回来。
去美网公开赛看球，奔驰是赞助商，所有开奔驰去的全是VIP parking，发现他们组织工作出现点问题，打电话到服务热线提建议，三星期后收到customer care经理签名信感谢
和200块买accessories的credit，买了OEM的衣架和后备箱地垫。

寓前，看见一个胖胖的姑娘坐在门前的台阶上，乐呵呵地和朋友聊天。她看见我，立刻
起身，我知道这就是我的roommate。她一直都是笑眯眯的。帮我一起把箱子抬进屋，把
她的一个非常可爱的台灯借给我-甚至要给我她的落地灯。
然后她载着长途飞行后饥肠辘辘的我，来到附近的Apple bee吃晚餐，此时已经8、9点
，天都快黑了，她一直等我一起共进晚餐。
此后的几天，我没机会去shopping，她指着冰箱的食物对我说：Eat whatever you
want, I don't want you to starve。
过去的一年里，她常常会做homemade的美国食物与我共享。餐馆里面的pasta，
spaghetti我从来都不爱吃，但是她做的我非常喜欢。我也常常请她品尝我烧的中国菜
，她也觉得比美式中餐好吃。即使是川味麻辣的，也照吃不误——很厉害。
